I rescued a $1500 mopping robot with a $15 pump replacement that the manufacturer refused to do. Just in case this helps anyone else, if you have a Narwal Flow mopping robot (which is the best mopping robot available), and you've destroyed the fresh water intake pump by using vinegar, soap or essential oils in the fresh water, what happened is that you actually caused swelling of the diaphragm gasket material in the small DC diaphragm pump, which causes it to be unable to pump, and your $1500 mopping robot is now useless. (Yes, I did exactly this.)
The Narwal company doesn't sell replacement parts, to your great frustration. They won't even tell you what part to buy. But the part you need is only $15 on Amazon, and it's called, "CrocSee DC 12V Mini Food Grade Self Priming Diaphragm Fresh Water Transfer Pump 1.3LPM, Replacement Pump for Ice Maker, Coffee Machine, Water Dispenser." You will also need splice terminals if you don't already have some. Best ones are called "Corning UY2 100Pk Presslok Connector Solvent Resistant Splice Terminals" because all you need to do is insert the two wires and squeeze with pliers.
Simple instructions: 1) Rip the back cover off the Narwal Flow using a large flathead screwdriver (it pops off with great effort). This will feel like you're breaking it. The company REALLY doesn't want you to do this. 2) Disconnect the two water tubes from the bottom of the cylindrical pump that I've circled in red in this photo. Remember, the center port is OUT from the pump, and the port closer to the edge is IN. 3) Replace the pump with the $15 pump you bought on Amazon, and you'll need to splice the red and black wires together to use the old connector from the original pump. The Presslok splice terminals make this easy. 4) Restart the robot. Now it works perfectly. You just rescued a $1500 robot with a $15 pump replacement. (You're welcome.) :-)
