While the world was distracted by the looming $700 billion financial institution bailout bill, the U.S. Senate quietly (and quickly) passed a massive $630 billion spending bill, of which $488 is earmarked for more WAR. Does this empire have no clue that it's broke? These fools just don't know when to quit.
