Brain-dead mainstream media: 50 ppb of arsenic is dangerous to drink, but 50,000 ppb of mercury is safe to inject into children

Arsenic in wine

(NaturalNews) Last week, the mainstream media erupted with the news that a very small amount of arsenic was detected in California wines. All the usual media participants spread a wave of hysteria that equated California wines with drinking poison: USA Today, San Francisco Gate, Daily Mail, NY Daily News and many more.

As reported in the stories, the highest concentration of arsenic detected in wine was just 50 parts per billion (50 ppb) -- a truly miniscule concentration of arsenic even if it's all inorganic arsenic (which it isn't). This level is so low that I would have given it an A+++ safety rating according to www.LowHeavyMetalsVerified.org -- a ratings standard that's far more stringent than the FDA's food safety requirements.

Despite the extremely low levels of arsenic found in the California wines, the mainstream media did what it does best: foment mass hysteria with wildly inaccurate reporting that skews the facts... just as they did with the Disneyland measles outbreak hysteria which was also based on fabrications, not facts.

"Very high levels of arsenic in top-selling wines," screamed CBS News. The San Francisco Gate wrote of "presumably toxic levels of arsenic," and USA Today warned about "dangerously high levels of arsenic" in California wines.

The problem with all this? These are all the exact same media outlets which routinely insist that 50,000 ppb of mercury is "safe" when injected into the human body in the form of flu shots.

Click here to watch my mini-documentary explaining all this on TV.NaturalNews.com.

50 ppb is "dangerous" but 50,000 ppb is "safe"

Let's review this for a minute in order to communicate the astonishing disinfo you're being fed by the mainstream media:

FACT #1: Flu shots contain around 50,000 ppb of mercury. A typical flu shot is 0.5 mL in volume, delivering about 25 micrograms of mercury per shot.

FACT #2: Flu shots are promoted for children and pregnant women -- the very same groups which typically avoid drinking wine and therefore have little or no exposure to arsenic in wine.

FACT #3: Injecting a heavy metal into your body is orders of magnitude more toxic than merely swallowing it.

FACT #4: Flu shots really do contain 50,000 ppb of mercury as proven in this ICP-MS laboratory test. As a reference, that's 25,000 times higher than the mercury limit allowed by the EPA in drinking water. Also see this story on Natural News which details the lab test results.

FACT #5: Mercury is, itself, orders of magnitude more toxic to human biology than arsenic. As this Materials Safety Data Sheet explains, mercury "may damage fertility or the unborn child" and cause "central nervous system effects." It's also "fatal if inhaled."

FACT #6: To get the equivalent amount of arsenic from wine that you get in the form of mercury from a vaccine, you'd have to drink 500 liters of wine all at once.

So how is it, exactly, that the mainstream media has now concluded 50 ppb of arsenic in wine is "dangerously high" while 50,000 ppb of mercury in a vaccine is "totally safe"?

Watch my video documenting all this for detailed answers:

Media suffers from astonishing scientific illiteracy

The answer is that the mainstream media's stories are stunning examples of widespread scientific illiteracy. A typical mainstream media reporter -- including those who work for the Associated Press -- has no clue about the relative safety of various concentrations of toxic elements in food, beverages or vaccine shots. Even worse, they don't want to hear the truth because it would contradict their hilarious, discredited narratives that all vaccines are 100% safe no matter what they contain.

As a result, mainstream media reports blindly report that vaccines are always safe even though vaccines contain 1,000 times higher concentrations of toxic heavy metals than the California wines they've described as "dangerous."

A typical media reporter will simultaneously write that mercury is extremely toxic when found in tuna fish, but that same mercury element is magically transformed into a non-toxic form when injected in the form of a vaccine. As part of their cover story, they will argue that "ethyl" mercury is safe, while "methyl" mercury is dangerous, completely ignoring the fact that the ethyl form of mercury is actually 1,000 times more toxic to human cells once it enters those cells, explains mercury toxicity expert Chris Shade in a video interview. Mainstream media implies vaccines are magical transmutation devices

According to the media, it seems, vaccines are magical transmutation devices which turn dangerous metals into "safe" elements. And herein lies the answer to the California wine problem: According to the mainstream media, California wines would be safer if you injected them instead of drinking them. Call it a "Wine Vaccine" and it's automatically "safe and effective," according to the media. No questions at all can be asked about vaccine safety, because that would turn you into an "anti-vaxxer" which is worse than an ISIS terrorist, according to Cornell University.

While you're standing in line for your next flu shot, just make sure you appropriately panic about the 1,000 times LOWER levels of arsenic found in wine, because that's what the media wants you to be afraid of. Your fears, denials, beliefs and perceptions are all being distorted and controlled by a scientifically illiterate media which has no clue at all what it's really reporting. To say red wine with 50 ppb of arsenic is dangerous while all your children are being injected with 50,000 ppb of mercury is the metaphorical equivalent of sounding an alarm about a July 4th firecracker while a nuke is being detonated above your city.

And it just shows that the establishment, corporate-controlled media has now largely lost any ability to think critically about anything. The U.S. media, by and large, has become little more than a tabloid blog fest where no one remembers how to ask critical questions anymore. They just blindly report whatever they're told by Big Pharma, the CDC or the White House, utterly without engaging in any real journalism at all (which would, by definition, entail asking critical questions and not automatically believing official narratives).

If you think swallowing California wine is dangerous, you're actually swallowing something far more insidious: the media's junk science LIES disguised as "news."

About the author:Mike Adams (aka the "Health Ranger") is a best selling author (#1 best selling science book on Amazon.com) and a globally recognized scientific researcher in clean foods. He serves as the founding editor of NaturalNews.com and the lab science director of an internationally accredited (ISO 17025) analytical laboratory known as CWC Labs. There, he was awarded a Certificate of Excellence for achieving extremely high accuracy in the analysis of toxic elements in unknown water samples using ICP-MS instrumentation. Adams is also highly proficient in running liquid chromatography, ion chromatography and mass spectrometry time-of-flight analytical instrumentation.

Adams is a person of color whose ancestors include Africans and Native American Indians. He's also of Native American heritage, which he credits as inspiring his "Health Ranger" passion for protecting life and nature against the destruction caused by chemicals, heavy metals and other forms of pollution.

Adams is the founder and publisher of the open source science journal Natural Science Journal, the author of numerous peer-reviewed science papers published by the journal, and the author of the world's first book that published ICP-MS heavy metals analysis results for foods, dietary supplements, pet food, spices and fast food. The book is entitled Food Forensics and is published by BenBella Books.

In his laboratory research, Adams has made numerous food safety breakthroughs such as revealing rice protein products imported from Asia to be contaminated with toxic heavy metals like lead, cadmium and tungsten. Adams was the first food science researcher to document high levels of tungsten in superfoods. He also discovered over 11 ppm lead in imported mangosteen powder, and led an industry-wide voluntary agreement to limit heavy metals in rice protein products.

In addition to his lab work, Adams is also the (non-paid) executive director of the non-profit Consumer Wellness Center (CWC), an organization that redirects 100% of its donations receipts to grant programs that teach children and women how to grow their own food or vastly improve their nutrition.
