In a piece on his Substack, Nehls explained that a human's ability to live a long and healthy life depends on the optimal functioning of both the mental and physical immune systems. These systems do not operate independently of each other, he added, but mutually influence each other and share common needs.
But according to Nehls, the government's response to COVID-19 undermined the functioning of these two systems. People were stuck at home with the lockdowns, prevented from interacting with each other.
"We had sedentary lifestyles, [and] no purpose in life. People had chronic exhaustion and Alzheimer's disease even before 2020, when pandemic public health mandates were rolled out," he told Adams. The Health Ranger agreed, adding: "By locking us down, the powers were able to zap people's individuality, creativity, cognition, memories, ability to reason and navigate the world around them."
Nehls cited a 2019 study published in the New England Journal of Medicine that showed how quickly he hippocampus – a part of the brain responsible for memory, spatial processing and emotion – can shrink. Eight people were sent to Antarctica for a foreign expedition, while another eight people were told to stay at home. The hippocampal volume for both groups were measured before the study commenced.

The study authors then measured the two groups' hippocampal volume after 14 months. They found that the stay-at-home group who were isolated in an indoor environment had a dramatic shrinkage rate for their hippocampi. The researchers pointed to two factors that caused this shrinkage – social isolation and monotony.
Nehls then continued that the government put forward the mass vaccination program as an escape from the confinement and solitude it imposed on the population. To be able to go out, people would need to submit to the COVID-19 injections.
Globalist agenda involves sowing fear and weakening psychological resilience
The doctor and author further explained to the Health Ranger how this globalist agenda of zombifying people was implemented. First, the powers that be used mind conditioning in the form of fearmongering. Nehls said that people were told that the elderly or children will die if they do not follow the draconian COVID-19 mandates. "We experienced pre-traumatic stress," he remarked. "And the hallmark of post-traumatic stress syndrome, besides strong depression, is the shrinkage of the hippocampus."
According to Nehls, this targets the mental immune system, leading to a chronic lack of index neurons. This translates to people losing their natural curiosity and refusing to question anything happening around.
Moreover, the psychological resilience begins to weaken with people easily becoming anxious. With both the ego and personality shrinking as a result of this anxiety, people have an increased tendency to lean toward collective narcissism and blindly following the herd.
"People stopped questioning and started going along with everything, accepting dangerous [and] nonsensical orders. You seek your group no matter what nonsense the group is saying, but you feel more confident being with them," Nehls commented. He concluded that people eventually become trapped in stereotypical thinking and behavior, which leads to an acceptance of objectively harmful measures such as injections.
"We see different wars, the war against the pandemic, climate change and over borders, which might be global walls, eventually. But for me, the only war is against the brain," Nehls told the Brighteon.com and Natural News founder.
"All the fears and narratives point in one direction: To solve each of these problems, we need a global government. They want us to believe that not a single government in the world can solve the problem. That's the narrative that's implanted in our brains."
