Toxic glyphosate found contaminating hospital feeding tube liquid, soy products, and organic honey

Glyphosate contamination

(NaturalNews) Some of the greatest dangers facing mankind are not the viruses that we try so hard to eradicate. Viruses will always be a part of our universe. The greatest dangers are the silent poisons that we've created - poisons like glyphosate which slowly and subtly subject our bodies to disease by depleting our microbiome and weakening our immune defenses.

To increase "herd immunity," public health policy should look at eradicating poisons in our food and water supply instead of forcing everyone to medicate to cover up the real problems. We have to see the problem at its source. We are poisoning our bodies through our agricultural system. The herbicide glyphosate disrupts both the skikimate pathway in plants and human gut bacteria

This means glyphosate ultimately inhibits the body's ability to exonerate other toxins. This means glyphosate suppresses the microbiota's ability to synthesize vitamins for optimal use in the body. In this way, glyphosate also disrupts immune system homeostasis by suppressing microbiota, allowing viruses to replicate faster and cause disease. Through destruction of good bacteria, glyphosate also encourages gastrointestinal tract permeability, allowing quicker uptake of heavy metals into the blood.

The free pass for mass application of glyphosate is the real problem with GMOs

The greatest and most well documented problem with genetically modified foods is NOT the mere fact that they've been altered at the DNA level. The real problem with GM crops is the reasoning behind the genetic alterations. The genetic changes allow corporations to dominate the market by patenting seeds that withstand glyphosate. So the real problem for humans today is that 80 percent of GM crops have been genetically changed to withstand glyphosate. This means GM crops, specifically, corn, soy, canola, cotton, sugar beets and alfalfa welcome the mass application of glyphosate, which accumulates in the food and water supply, poisoning all life.

Glyphosate found in hospital feeding tubes

This glyphosate poison so readily dominates agriculture and lawn "care" that its showing up practically everywhere in the food supply.

Recently, a Microbe Inotech lab detected glyphosate in 30 percent of Pediasure samples used in hospital feeding tubes. As Moms Across America confirms, glyphosate "is a patented antibiotic; destroying gut bacteria, where 70 percent of the immune system lies, and the body's ability to create Tryptophan/Serotonin, and Melatonin, which regulate insulin/diabetes and protect from sleeplessness, depression, bipolar and violent behavior."

The Pediasure Enteral Nutritional Drink, given in feeding tubes to children in hospitals all across America, is loaded with GM corn syrup, soy, and sugar, which is "sprayed with gyphosate during the growing season and at harvest as a drying agent." The batches tested contained glyphosate over 75ppb. (This is at least 800 times higher than the amount needed to destroy gut bacteria in chickens).

Glyphosate found in soy and honey products

Glyphosate is so widespread that researchers from Abraxis LLC and Boston University are even finding it in honey products. The researchers selected various soy milk, soy sauce, tofu, honey, and corn syrup products from a metropolitan area in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and analyzed them for glyphosate residue using ELISA testing.

They found glyposate residues on average to be less than 15 ppb for pancake syrup and corn syrup. For soy sauce, soy milk, and tofu, the average glyphosate level was less than 75 ppb. Ten of the twenty soy sauces sampled contained average glyphosate residues at 242 ppb. The most shocking levels of glyphosate were found in honey products. Forty-one out of the 69 honey samples averaged at 64 ppb glyphosate residue, with some measuring at 163 ppb.

Five of the 11 organic honey samples were not organic at all and had glyphosate levels ranging from 26 to 93 ppb.

After researching their pollen source and country of origin, the researchers found that the highest levels of glyphosate were associated with countries who openly permit GM crops. Not coincidentally, the US contributed the highest levels.

Isn't it strange that the US Department of Agriculture does not test foods for the world's most widely used herbicide?

Sustainable Pulse Director Henry Rowlands sums it up:

"This sad news shows just how widespread glyphosate is in our food. With the increase in GM crops being cultivated worldwide it is becoming increasingly difficult to avoid. If you ask anyone if they feel there should be 'allowed' levels of toxic chemicals such as glyphosate in their bodies the answer will of course always be 'No'. It is a fact that the scientific and regulatory process cannot evidence 'safe' levels for these chemicals."
