(NaturalNews) In 2011, former Friends actress Jennifer Aniston was named the "sexiest woman alive" by Men's Health magazine. That same year, Fitness magazine voted her "best body of the year". With her 46 years, Jennifer Aniston has still one of the most toned, slim figures in Hollywood.

In the past, there have been some crazy reports in papers and magazines that Jennifer was living on baby food to maintain her well-shaped and youthful appearance. One report claimed she ate 14 portions per day of baby food puree for weight loss purposes.

"Sorry, but the last time I had baby food; I believe I was 1, I've been on solids for about 40 years now," was Jennifer's answer.

The actress' actual secret to staying young and toned isn't baby food or a fad diet. The answer is much easier than that: healthy eating and daily exercise.

According to Kathy Kaehler, Jennifer's personal trainer, Jennifer eats up to five small, healthy meals and squeezes in five five-minute, high-intensity workouts into her busy daily schedule. Fad diets and pill-popping quick fixes are not part of her routine.

"Jen doesn't do any exercise that she doesn't love, and she makes sure what she does do fits into her busy lifestyle," Kathy told Look magazine. "As well as doing yoga, spinning and Pilates classes, she does a mixture of cardio and strength exercises which are the secret to that fab bod."

These quick, high-intensity toning workouts sculpt Jennifer's sexy, ageless body. Most people can adopt a similar lifestyle in order to rejuvenate their bodies.

One of her favorite five-minute workouts entails one minute of non-stop skipping, one minute of tricep dips, one minute of tricep kickbacks, one minute of push-ups against the wall and one minute of push-ups on the floor.

Kaehler told Look magazine that on a typical day, the 5'4" actress, who weighs about 110 pounds, will eat scrambled eggs with chili for breakfast, a white fish with salad for lunch and grilled chicken with vegetables for dinner, combined with a few healthy snacks like high quality dark chocolate, goji berries, blueberries and chia seeds.

"I advise everyone to go out and buy your food for the week ahead on a Sunday, so you're not tempted to pick up takeaway food or pre-packaged ready meals on your way home on weekdays," Kathy said.

While it is still okay to have a glass of wine or eat a cookie, for celebrities like Jennifer Aniston who want to look their best, these splurges are kept to an absolute minimum.

"Jen would never sit there and eat an entire pack of cookies, but she would have one if she really fancies it and savour every bite," Kathy said. "Jen does everything in moderation. She'll have a glass of red wine with a friend and really enjoy it, rather than two bottles and feel terrible for days."

Jennifer's sexy body and fountain of youth come from eating healthy food and daily exercise. This is something nearly anyone can achieve.

"Jen knows that looking young comes from a holistic approach to life and taking care of your mind, body and soul. If you're stressed, you'll look tired. If you make an effort to be happy, it'll show on your face; you'll look energized," Kathy Kaehler said.
