HHS wastes more government money than any other agency

(NaturalNews) According to a media analysis of a government report, of the $106 billion in improperly spent funds by government agencies, just under two-thirds of that misspent money was from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

The original report was from the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB), which was promoting the Obama administration's decrease of $ 2-billion in improperly allocated funds during fiscal year 2013.

Since the OMB claimed that an agency breakdown of misspent funds wouldn't be available until later, Breitbart News did its own investigation and found that, just like last year, HHS was the leader in wasted tax money.

Breitbart News reports that HHS accounted for 60% of wasted government funds in 2012, and for the past fiscal year of 2013, the percentage was closer to 62%, or $65.3 billion worth of overpayments.

Much of what is considered wasted HHS taxpayer funds involves Medicare or Medicaid fraud, falsified applications for medical benefits and various overpayments to health providers and medical suppliers.

But from the perspective of those who are committed to non-mainstream medical options not covered by any government insurance programs such as Medicare, Medicaid or Obamacare, there is a lot more than $65.3 billion that should be considered a waste of taxpayer funds.

Unfortunately, the supporters and diehard fans (and many of them do die hard) of mainstream monopolistic allopathic medicine wouldn't agree. So folks like us are forced to pay taxes for undesired research activities and so-called medical and food agency "services."

Some undesirable aspects of HHS spending considered legitimate by mainstream

Health entitlement programs under the HHS are the obvious areas of waste within the HHS to mainstream observers. But there are other agencies under the HHS tent that a majority of taxpayers consider vital.

Their blind faith in the medical system is misplaced. It assumes that there are no other medical solutions worth supporting, even though they are safer, more effective and much less costly!

Here are a few key agencies under HHS whose expenditures should to be scrutinized from our perspective as wasteful: the CDC, (Center for Disease Control) the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and the NIH (National Institutes of Health).

The CDC seems to specialize in creating false statistics and fake epidemics to promote vaccinations. And they do so from their extravagantly lavish headquarters in Atlanta, GA, that has raised eyebrows among some federal funding legislators.

The CDC has also funded expensive bogus research to "prove" vaccinations are not associated with autism to justify horrendous childhood vaccination schedules.

The FDA benefits and protects Big Pharma by rubber stamping drug approvals for fees from pharmaceutical companies. The FDA is a client of the pharmaceutical industry.

The FDA harasses almost all beneficial food and natural medicine providers while permitting pharmaceuticals that leave a trail of dead bodies in the marketplace for years, allowing Big Pharma to take in billions.

In 1996, Mike Adams compared the FDA's activities to "dropping an atomic bomb on each major city every year" while exposing their corruption (http://www.naturalnews.com).

The NIH funds a lot of research, most of which is intended to benefit AMA (American Medical Association) and Big Pharma agendas. For example, a lot of research money goes into trying to prove that it's the genes that cause autism, deflecting attention from vaccine dangers and other man-made toxic issues.

An ironically humorous episode occurred circa 1970 when the NIH funded a University of Virginia study requested by the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) to prove that marijuana destroys brain cells.

Instead, the Virginia study discovered that cannabis was destroying brain cancer cells while leaving healthy cells alone. The DEA canceled that research and seized the lab's documents.

These bureaucracies shouldn't be funded at all. They support the monopolies of the processed food industry and allopathic pharmaceutical medicine while actively suppressing beneficial foods and remedies. They promote disease, not health.
