(NaturalNews) More than 200,000 Australians -- smokers and non-smokers -- took part in a research study which ultimately revealed that death from cigarette use is much higher than doctors previously estimated. The journal BMC Medicine reported that smoking just 10 cigarettes daily doubles the chance of death. If you smoke 20 cigarettes daily -- about one pack -- that makes a person four to five times more likely to die from cancer, heart disease or smoke-related illnesses.

"We knew smoking was bad, but we now have direct independent evidence that confirms the disturbing findings that have been emerging internationally," says the study's lead author, Professor Emily Banks.

"Natural" cigarettes still laden with chemicals

Think "natural" cigarettes are therefore the answer? Not necessarily.

While it is possible to grow organic tobacco in an organic field -- without chemicals -- and roll it up in hemp paper or rice paper, then sell it to the "natural" smokers; however, "Big Tobacco" wants no part of this. They are not concerned with anything sustainable, and therein lies the rub. If what you eat, drink or smoke isn't sustainable, then neither are you. That's why two out of every three commercial cigarette smokers die early from smoke-related illnesses, including 13 different types of
cancer.

Today if you want natural tobacco, then you're probably buying American Spirit. Even then, your health is in jeopardy. You're still inhaling thousands of chemicals -- albeit less, but still a harmful amount -- that many popular big "cowboy" brands contain. Lead in particular is one to watch out for, as it's the most common chemical found.

Stop smoking with the organic method, "14AndOut"

There are more than 42,000,000 American adults hooked on cigarettes. Why not end the health and financial nightmare now?

Smoking is not only destroying your body, but wallets as well. For example, healthcare for employees who smoke runs an average of $6,000 more per year compared to non-smoking employees.

The Health Ranger, Mike Adams, has an ideal way to help people quit. It's by taking a simple course, "14AndOut," that paves the way to a healthier you. Within 14 days of beginning this organic course, you will be "out" of the chains that bind you to smoking, hence the name. He first recommends that a person learns how the chemicals in cigarettes alter their physiology. Next, he suggests applying behavior modification and nutrition to the process.

This easy action step is far healthier than switching your habit to another addiction, like electronic cigarettes, toxic pharmaceutical medications or the nicotine patch. Go organic with everything, and if you smoke, consider this course. When you do, you'll see how your life and health will transform immediately.
