(NaturalNews) Denying a young girl public education, barring her from interacting with her peers -- this is what the New York City Board of Education decided to do to a young kindergartener named Mary when her mother refused to subject her to the state's entire list of recommended vaccinations. The young girl is not allowed to attend school at PS 35 Clove Valley any longer.
Apparently, New York mandates that parents submit their child to however many injections the authorities consider necessary. This order is based on a 109-year old Supreme Court case, Jacobson v. Massachusetts, which prosecuted Henning Jacobson for refusing to take a smallpox vaccination. Today, children can be bombarded with over 70 doses of vaccines before going to school!
Punished for their personal beliefs
When six-year-old Mary was kicked out of school midway through kindergarten in February 2013, she did not understand why she couldn't go to class anymore and be with the rest of her friends. She cried herself to sleep at night. Her mother, Dina Check, says this only made her family's faith grow stronger.
After researching the ingredients in vaccinations, Dina became skeptical and decided to protect her daughter from questionable injections. "Some immunizations contain chicken embryos and monkey livers from diseased animals and this is a direct violation of our religious teachings and our beliefs. Fetal tissues from aborted human fetuses are also put into some vaccinations and this is an absolute and direct violation of our religious teachings and our beliefs," she wrote in a letter. And it's as simple as that: Dina is the parent and is responsible for the welfare of her child. If she doesn't believe that these vaccinations are the best route for her child's immunity, then that is her decision, her choice. A family that chooses to vaccinate less, or not at all, should never be punished for their beliefs.
State powers that use force and coercion to take away parental rights are inhumane and have no place in a free society
By forcing and coercing Dina into vaccinating her child, the state of New York is saying that they know what's best for all children and that it is the state's responsibility to decide what goes into children's bodies. The concept of this law is anti-choice, anti-personal-responsibility and inhumane.
It does not consider a child's individual sensitivities, allergic reactions or genetic predisposition to a long list of vaccine adjuvants, animal parts, preservatives and elements. The one-size-fits-all approach to immunity is a dictate that doesn't give the same result for every child.
No person should be forced to be injected with something against their will. This law is medical tyranny, an obliteration of parental rights.
"The religious exemption to vaccination is one of the ways to protect our religious freedom and human right to exercise voluntary, informed consent to medical risk-taking," said Dina.
Family's decision based on research and experience
Dina bases much of her decision to forgo vaccination on personal experience. In fact, Dina had Mary vaccinated as a newborn. What they experienced changed Dina's mindset on vaccinations forever.
"Mary was vaccinated like every other typical newborn in this country. After each vaccination, she would have a negative reaction, and at this point, the medical professionals did not know what was wrong with her. On the way home from a vaccination appointment, Mary was crying and nothing would console her. She ended up being completely intoxicated with thrush and intestinal yeast toxins.... Mucus was leaking out of her eyes, vagina, and her rear end was red like it was put over a flame of fire.My daughter was not absorbing her nutrients and she wasn't growing." [emphasis added]
Since the experience, Dina has decided to question the advice of medical authorities and the long list of vaccination requirements. "While I believe that doctors are here to help heal the sick and I value their place on this earth, I do not have blind faith in medical professionals."
"I was brainwashed into thinking that I must vaccinate my child since this is what U.S. social norms says that we as parents are supposed to do for our children," she said.

The family's case against the New York City Board of Education has been consolidated with two other cases, effectively challenging the constitutionality of forced vaccinations. The purpose of the case is to help the Court system see that parents have the right to refuse mandated injections based on personal belief, religious and medical objections.
The trial is scheduled to take place June 30, 2014, in the Unites States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in front of the Honorable William F. Kuntz.
