Sheeple are asleep at the wheel of health

(NaturalNews) All across America, the media tells people what to think. It's designed by advertising experts to be delivered in such a manner that the lies are simple and easy to understand. Nearly every billboard near highway exits advertises GMO food and bedbug-ridden hotels that seem inviting and convenient. Every nutrition TV show or segment focuses on something interesting, and then leaves you off to wonder between poor choices. The advertisements tell the whole story. If you want to know whether you are being empowered or controlled by your choice of health news, just judge the advertisements. Are they nearly all about chemical drugs with insane side effects? Are they nearly all about genetically modified, processed, toxic food? Aren't they nearly all about products that contain toxic ingredients that your skin absorbs?

There are leaders who help the "sheeple" get away from the sick, nutrient-starved herd and find the path to vibrant health. There are doctors, scientists, journalists and health enthusiasts that share the message, the articles and the links to videos and books that tell the truth, about healthy food like coconut oil, and why it's not some trend!

It's hard to know where the truth is

When did good health become "trendy?" -- The headline of a recent article in a popular newspaper read like this: "It's trendy, but use coconut oil sparingly." I tell you, these days it's hard to know where the truth is. This doctor, "Doctor K," who is quoted in the article, answers questions from a reader about why coconut oil is all over the grocery store shelves lately, and whether or not it is healthier than other cooking oils. Doctor "K" even quotes the chair of the Department of Nutrition at the Harvard School of Public Health, to formulate his "opinion." Doctor "K" first admits that certain unsaturated fats provide health benefits, to get you reading and on his "good side." Then he drops the bomb. He informs his "audience" (sheeple asleep at the health wheel) that coconut oil is about 90% saturated fat, for all the people who still believe that all cholesterol is bad, and that all cooking oils are high in calories, so "use them accordingly."

This is all well and good if you are a complete bumbling idiot who reads the newspaper for health trends and listens to the advice of mentally challenged "journalistic" doctors. The title, for starters, is the big trick. This Doctor "K" (must be short for kryptonite) has one mission, and that is to secretly sell you on GMO vegetable oils like corn, soybean, canola and cottonseed, so you won't filter them out of your intake, which is killing your good cells and fueling cancer cells. Either that or he has no idea about the benefits of coconut oil, but you know what, when you "talk a good game" in the guise of the diction, but the title tells your readers that good health is "trendy," well that's just sinister. It's insidious is what it is!

If you want to read the truth about coconut oil, the last great oil, and all of its health benefits as they apply to every day of life, not some fad, then become an avid reader of natural health news. They are out there, folks, the liars and the idiots, trying to convince you that the best natural remedies in the world don't work. Don't fall for the scams, the GMO nightmares and the allopathic absurdity of chemical medicine. Know where the truth is. Seek it out. Hold fast to it. Water it. Nurture it.
