(NaturalNews) Paranoid men everywhere have become dollar signs in the eyes of the conventional cancer industry, which is now using the mainstream media to market self mutilation to the masses as a form of "cancer prevention." Many people are already aware of actress Angelina Jolie's recent decision to have her healthy breasts surgically removed in a bid to avoid developing both breast and ovarian cancer, a mangling procedure she publicly detailed in a recent New York Times
(NYT) editorial. But now such lunacy is spreading to men, as the first man ever, from the U.K., recently decided to have his healthy prostate removed to avoid prostate cancer.
As explained in a recent Daily Mail
piece, the 53-year-old unnamed man, a father of three, fell for the line that his risk of prostate cancer was supposedly elevated due to the fact that he possesses a gene known as BRCA2, which many in the cancer industry have dubbed as being "faulty." Similar to the argument made by Jolie, the man apparently told his doctors that his "family risk" of prostate cancer is already high, and that trials performed at the Institute of Cancer Research
(ICR) in London revealed him to have BRCA2, both of which he claimed warranted the removal of his otherwise healthy prostate.
The man's doctors reluctantly obliged, later admitting that the man's prostate was just fine from the start. But in accordance with a much larger and more sinister agenda to drum up more business for the cancer industry by scaring people into having their healthy
body parts and vital organs removed in the name of "prevention," these same doctors are quoted by the Daily Mail
as also saying that removing the man's prostate, which will most definitely lead to erectile dysfunction (ED), infertility, incontinence, and various other problems, was "the right thing to do."
"The relatively low level of cancerous cells we found in this man's prostate before the operation would these days not normally prompt immediate surgery to remove the gland," admits Roger Kirby, the surgeon that performed the removal of the healthy prostate, as quoted by the Daily Mail
Cancer industry ignores legitimate cancer prevention strategies, encourages public to slice up body parts instead
But this is the new warped standard for cancer prevention. Instead of encouraging their patients to avoid cancer-causing toxins like bisphenol-A (BPA) in plastic containers, genetically-modified organisms (GMOs) in processed food, refined flours and sugars, and diet beverages, to name just a few, cancer
doctors are instead sending the message that mutilating one's body will help him or her to avoid developing cancer later on down the road, a claim that has no bearing whatsoever in reality.
It is the lunatic equivalent of telling a person to have his healthy heart removed because heart disease runs in his family. By getting rid of his heart, a man will eliminate his risk of suffering a heart attack - but he also will not have a heart, which means he will be dead! Such madness is akin to the outrageous medical experiments of old when doctors would jam ice picks through patients' eye sockets to treat conditions like depression and schizophrenia - except at least those patients actually had legitimate diseases, which is more than we can say for Jolie, the U.K. man, and the hordes of brain dead people around the globe who will now likely follow this same ridiculous pattern.Sources for this article include:http://www.dailymail.co.ukhttp://www.thedailybeast.comhttp://www.independent.co.uk
