Aspartame-sweetened milk on the verge of being deemed "safe for your children"

(NaturalNews) As of February 20, 2013, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has reported that the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) and the National Milk Producers Federation (NMPF) have filed a petition calling for an amendment to change the standard of identity for milk and 17 other dairy products. In hopes of adding "safe and suitable" sweeteners as optional ingredients, the IDFA and NMPF are calling on the FDA to amend the current rules and allow the use of aspartame in milk.

They have a long history of destroying milk products

Many are becoming aware of the denaturing process commercial milk goes through before it makes it to the dinner table. Many now question why raw milk farmers are being imprisoned for selling raw, nutritious milk. Today, the commercial dairy industry has an unhealthy, tyrannical grip on people's lives and their milk.

Currently, many dairy producers add permeate to milk products. This green, slimy byproduct is added to milk to dilute fat and protein levels. Nearly $23,000 can be saved just by adding 16 percent of permeate to the production of 350,000 liters of whole milk. The industry is obviously more interested in expanding revenue than promoting people's health.

In 1993, The FDA approved the use of (rBGH), or recombinant bovine growth hormone. This is a synthetic hormone marketed to dairy farmers under the name Posilac to increase milk production in cows. It is manufactured by Monsanto.

Now they want to add aspartame to milk

Now, the IDFA and NMPF are pressuring the FDA to allow Monsanto to use non-nutritive sweeteners like aspartame in milk products. The FDA already allows the industry to use "nutritive sweeteners" including the disastrous high fructose corn syrup. "Nutritive sweeteners" are simply sweeteners with calories. Now, the big industry wants to manufacture milk with aspartame, and they want it to go unlabeled.

This devious maneuver to poison populations of unknowing consumers should be punishable. Their plan to crawl in bed with the FDA and add aspartame behind the public's back should make any freedom-loving American want to stop consuming these "safe" products and end the FDA altogether for its history of aiding corporate fascists who are destroying the lives of millions.

Aspartame, deadly and dangerous

Aspartame is already being used and disguised in products like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, and Equal-Measure and accounts for over 75 percent of the adverse reactions to food additives reported to the FDA. These reactions and documented symptoms include: migraines, seizures, dizziness, nausea, numbness, muscle spasms, weight gain, depression, fatigue, irritability, insomnia, vision and hearing loss, heart palpitations, breathing difficulties, anxiety attacks, loss of taste, vertigo, and memory loss.

Aspartame acts as neurotransmitters in the brain by facilitating the transmission of information between neurons. It kills certain neurons by allowing the influx of too much calcium into the cells. This triggers excessive amounts of free radicals to invade, killing the cells. The neural cell damage is referred to as "excitotoxins." They "excite" or stimulate the neural cells to death.

You choose the future

Do you want your school children fed this deadly chemical in their milk because it may be deemed safe by the FDA? There's a dairy industry out there that will pull strings and make the puppets obey - unless the people, strong in numbers, make their voices heard.

The FDA has opened public comments until May 21 for anyone interested in submitting information concerning the need for, and the appropriateness of, amending the standard of identity for milk and dairy standards.
