Mike Bundrant: I understand Gerson Therapy offers hope for people suffering from diabetes.
Charlotte: Yes. It is eminently curable. Usually, all immediate problems, blood sugar problems, go away within five to eleven days.
Mike Bundrant: Five to eleven days?
Charlotte: Yes sir.
Mike Bundrant: Even a full-blown case of type 2 diabetes?
Charlotte: Yes sir. The majority of people with diabetes have type 2. Now the thing with type 2 is that at least a good portion of insulin is still in the blood stream. It's there, so why are people are suffering from it? The mere fact that it's in the bloodstream doesn't mean anything. It needs to be used. Where is insulin being used? In every cell of your body!
It has to be transported into the cell by insulin receptors. Now, the insulin receptors pick up the insulin when it is delivered to the cell. However, in diabetics those receptors are blocked. What are they blocked by?
Cholesterol!
Cholesterol creates a blockage to the insulin receptors in every cell of your body. Now, where does this
cholesterol come from? The animal products you eat. Cholesterol is only carried into the body by animal products. In other words, meat, fish and cheese and chicken and eggs. Egg yolk is almost completely cholesterol. If you don't use animal products, you're not getting the harmful cholesterol.
Can't you figure it out? Let's say you have beautiful TV set and you have a good power outlet. You want to plug it in, but there's a metal plate blocking it. You can't get it plugged into to the receptors. How are you going to get power to your TV set? It's not going to work.
Mike Bundrant: Even though you have all the components you need, if they're not connected, they're not going to work.
Charlotte: Yes, you have the components, but they're blocked from going where they need to be. That blockage is cholesterol.
Mike Bundrant: The idea is to remove the blockage.
Charlotte: Yes. It's so simple. Now, if you have ever heard of Gerson therapy, you know that the Gerson therapy forbids all animal products and all cholesterol products.
Once the cholesterol block is removed by the body, the
diabetes disappears, because you're not getting new cholesterol, but with the Gerson therapy, the food dissolves the cholesterol that's doing the blocking. It gets carried off through the liver and the coffee enemas and that's the end of it. Within the few days, the diabetes is gone because the cholesterol has been dissolved and carried away. It's that simple.
So, stop eating cholesterol. Stop the red meat, stop the cheese, even supposedly lean chicken. It's not all that lean. It has fat.
As long as you keep eating cholesterol, your body grows of incapable of digesting and eliminating that cholesterol, so it keeps blocking your cell receptors.
Basically, type 2 diabetes is a cholesterol disease.
Mike Bundrant: So, just to eliminate cholesterol and allow your body to cleanse?
Charlotte: Now, cholesterol is not only in meat and fish and cheese and chicken. It's in the gravy you put on your potatoes. It's in bread, in cookies. It's just incorporate in everything.
What does
Gerson therapy consist of? It's so simple. Fresh, living, organic fruits and vegetables! Nothing is deep-fried and nothing is like cookies or baked with shortening. People are not aware of what they are eating when they consume these things.
As with all living things; you continue to nourish them, you continue to stay well. But, if you don't nourish them, if you give them junk and drugs and chemicals and things that don't belong in the human body, that's when you defeat your defenses and you don't even know it.
