United Socialist States of America (USSA), and the federal government has become an oppressive technological dictatorship complete with RFID tracker chips and invasive mind probes.
Episode One is called "Thought Surveillance Investigations" (TSI) and depicts when happens when the organized resistance targets government criminals for retaliation.
