Shower Filters with Vitamin CThis type of shower filter is used mostly in Asia; however, on the Internet, one has access to purchase these more readily, although cost may be an obstacle. A Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, block is the actual filter which the
water runs through, mostly eliminating chlorine and chloramines. These filters also have a long showerhead life, lasting anywhere between six and twelve months.
