A Short History of Energetic MedicineThe most obvious is acupuncture. Needles inserted strategically at specific points along the body's meridians to stimulate and restore what Chinese medicine calls

The body's voltages are measured in millivolts, positive or negative. Positive millivolt measurements indicate the cell's solution is robbing electrons, making that pH low. Minus voltages indicate the cell's solution is donating electrons, thus higher pH. The ideal pH of 7.35 measures a
voltage of minus 20. Plus voltages are signs of low pH and disease.
Cells are created to replace old and damaged cells. For example, the liver replaces its tissue completely every few months. The voltage required for creating new cells is minus 50 millivolts. If your pH declines enough with lower cellular voltage, the result is less new cells or not enough voltage for older cells to maintain at minus 20 millivolts. This is the beginning of aging or disease.
The voltage measurements are taken at acupuncture points. A specific area of the
body can be measured to determine low minus or high positive voltages. Then that area is recharged. The body's overall pH is determined by averaging out the compiled voltages along all the meridians. Then an alkaline producing diet is prescribed to maintain a healthy pH.
East and West finally meet medically, combining modern technology with the ancient awareness of electrical energy as the foundation for health.
