(NaturalNews) Why is your body putting on unusual mass in the hip area, shoulders, in fat, and growths? Sometimes this mass appears to be healthy. How much sense does it make to get bigger and heavier and lose your teeth, hair, bone density or discs in your spine? Why do some people simply lack the spark to move? Are they simply inferior humans (as they are sometimes treated)?

The answers to all these questions might be found in an exploration of the human body from a new perspective.

While the ensuing discussion will reveal a pattern that might well make up a medical syndrome, the reality is that there is no drug that has any hope of mitigating it, so it will probably never appear in medical texts. This discussion and its content will be very useful to natural healers and to those working hard to heal themselves and feeling very frustrated and exhausted.

The first understanding of this medical syndrome appeared when I started studying Contact Reflex Analysis. This revelatory art has revealed much to enlightened and chosen people throughout its evolution. One thing it does is allow you to very quickly assess the organs for electro-activity outside of the optimum.

In the text that I studied, I found that there were references to degenerative conditions and to cancer and abnormal size development being caused by exhaustion of three organs in particular: the heart, adrenal glands and thyroid.

This was not entirely new to me, I was aware of how much inflammation in the whole system contributed to many things, such as fatigue, aging, heart disease, depression, degenerative conditions and so forth. Inflammation is naturally checked by the adrenal glands. When they become exhausted, the person starts to develop sensitivities and becomes sick in some way or another. That person is on the path to degenerative disease.

I was also aware because of my study in iridology how much the heart related to the whole endocrine system and nervous system.

In Dr. Versandaal's book on Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA), he also talked about tired brains, lacking CSF and weak pineal gland in relation to stress and exhaustion. As a lad, I had been treated by someone using this technique for an extreme phobia. It was my CerebroSpinal Fluid that was treated then and in only 6 weeks I was symptomless. This was after years of extreme fear that totally interfered with normal life.

When I got good enough at CRA to include it in my practice, I started seeing a pattern emerge that was related to all sorts of things, not just obesity, tiredness depression and so-called "laziness." It appeared when people had degenerative discs, it appeared when bone mass was disturbed, it appeared when people were just mysteriously sick, it appeared when people had candida, it appeared when people were hormonally, emotionally or mentally unstable. It appeared in all cases of cancer and abnormal growths.

This pattern included four things in nearly every case:

1. The brain was tired or Cerebral Spinal Fluid was out of balance

2. The heart was showing malnutrition and lack of electrical activity in itself

3. The adrenal glands were exhausted or functioning below or above their desired level

4. The thyroid was showing imbalance

Each of these feed back on each other. At first, I would find one of these and the others would emerge later in turn as the body was ready to heal and deal with them. Later, I got better at testing this pattern and could detect all of them at once by following some of Dr. Versandaal's techniques.

The tired or imbalanced brain causes a greatly decreased ability to look at stressful situations constructively. While at least four possible imbalances can be tested for in the brain, I found that the herbal formula I favored (Dr. Christopher's Master Gland Formula) would usually treat all of those cases simultaneously. When it would not, fresh rosemary and St. John's wort would.

When the person has a decreased ability to benefit from stressful situations and is more inclined to be distressed by them, the adrenal glands and heart will immediately begin to suffer.

Actually, the heart can be causal as well, as it gets low, the whole body is drained to feed it and the brain can seem tired and unable to perform its proper function or deal with anything extra.

The thyroid being low causes a general state of malnutrition where there is excess weight and extra burden on the elimination organs and brain. It is well understood that a low thyroid will often result in depression.

The real mass, though, comes from the heart and adrenal glands being out of balance. The heart being low will frequently cause the shoulders or the hips to gain mass. Sometimes this mass appears healthy and desirable, but it is the result of compensation, so it is not healthy. The body tries to build mass to provide strength in the body that will take the load off of the heart. It will build mass any way that it can and not necessarily with any logic, or success. It is the result of the promotion of growth in the body which can take the form of fat or masses of abnormal cells or bones or muscle.

The adrenal glands being low will cause inflammation markers in the blood to elevate and the heart will then suffer and need more and more.

The description of the possible outcomes of this pattern could go on for days. Suffice it to say this: the pattern of an out of balance or malnourished heart, adrenal glands, thyroid and brain could cause about 90% of what people complain about today. It will definitely cause a host of symptoms that will make life less vibrant and pleasurable to live and which might lead to genuine behavioral, anatomical and physiological syndromes or diseases.

The scary thing is the number of people with this blend. Even among raw foodists, whose philosophy I advocate and believe in, there seems to be a lingering evidence of this pattern that they need extra help to heal.

Theoretically, the decreased load of eating raw foods and the greatly diminished adrenal stimulation (while simultaneously nourishing the adrenal glands) that occurs with eating raw food wisely would result in the adrenal glands, at least, being omitted from this pattern, but this is not what I am finding.

This leads me to suspect lifestyle and environmental factors as players in this pattern. This pattern might well someday be seen as the medical syndrome of the last 50 years and the next 50 years.

While lifestyle and environmental factors probably need to be addressed, most of us would find our power to do something on a large scale limited to complaining and blaming. Rather than seeking a cause to blame, it seems more appropriate to step up to the metaphorical plate and do what is needed to heal this condition.

In the following few paragraphs, we shall outline 7 steps that will be needed to totally reverse this condition for you.

Step 1: The dietary burden on the body must be lifted. Whether you are a raw foodist or ate at the world's largest fast food chain earlier today, the very best source for a dietary program specifically catered to lifting the burden so you can feel great and heal yourself is Traci's Transformational Health Principles and its attendant Recipe Collection found at (www.bestfoodist.com) . Step 2: Some environmental contaminants should be eliminated. In a world where biological warfare drifts around the globe and is tested on us by our own government, cleaning up your house and the environmental choices you can make may seem a little futile.

The truth is actually the opposite, however. The little things you do will be so much more important to reduce the load on your body and keep it low enough that it can deal with the unavoidable portions of your load constructively.

At our house, everything is subject to scrutiny. Every body product must pass our natural filter test. Every cleaning product must either be natural or have some very specific need. Every article of clothing is washed in natural soaps without perfumes and clothing is not dried with perfumes. Our clothing is generally natural fibers, at least the layer next to our bodies.

We are very careful about the air in our houses. Some study done by the EPA several years ago determined that on the worst smoggy day outside, the air in the average house is still 70 times more toxic than the air outside. For us, open windows is a part of life unless temperatures are very extreme.

Our water comes through a whole-house filter that takes out most things. It is a solid carbon filter that removes maybe 90% of most contaminants. We shower and bathe in this water. Drinking water is double-filtered, distilled or R-O water (in the case of R-O water, we add lemon or lime juice or a little apple cider vinegar to ionize it).

The less toxic your house air, the less burden exists on every system.

Step 3: The organs will have to be flushed. While this is the subject of step 4, the rest of the story is that the bowel must be cleaned out and then a gallbladder flush should be used regularly. This is because the toxins from the other organs will always tend to go and settle on and in the gall bladder and it will get toxic and overloaded.

Step 4: Each organ must be flushed and healed. I will share with you what I usually use. After reading my choices, feel free to choose high quality options that work for you, or that seem more in accord with what your body needs. My choices are not even consistent recommendations in my practice as I often find people who, when tested, indicate that other options are better.

I use Dr. Christopher's Adrenal Formula for the adrenal glands, often in doses of 5 capsules 2-3 times daily for the first three weeks or anytime there is lots of stress.

I use Dr. Christopher's Thyroid Maintenance Formula for the thyroid and the dosage is about the same as the adrenal formula. There should be a 20 minute window between these two formulae if they are both used.

I use Richard Schulze's Heart Formula and Blackstrap Molasses (4 TBS daily) for the heart. I generally use that Heart Formula in doses of 5-6 droppers full per day for the first 3 weeks and then reduce to half or less for another 3-6 weeks.

Often, I will have the person use Blackstrap Molasses (sorry to raw foodists, but it seems specific for the heart to recover from living in our world) and a fresh juice instead of the Heart Formula. The fresh juice should all be organic if possible and is taken 1-2 times daily. It consists of four sprigs of parsley, 4 large carrots, 1 small beet with the top or with swiss chard, four stalks of asparagus and any spinach or greens that are desired and available.

If any palpitations exist, or if any lymphatic condition or cancer exists, I will also use motherwort tincture in small doses (6 drops) several times daily.

For the brain I use Dr. Christopher's Master Gland Formula (2-3 capsules every 3-4 hours for the first week, then twice daily thereafter until the brain feels stable. This is kept on hand for future moments of brain weakness) and a good tincture of St. John's Wort. I might also use Wind River Herbs' (www.windriverherbs.com) ginger-ginkgo blend, which is one of the best brain foods on the planet and can be used less often in smaller doses for memory, mood or any brain-related needs in most people.

The whole program might get continued for up to 3 months, but generally only one weaker system will need maintenance after the first 6 weeks, unless stress is extreme for the person at that time.

Step 5: Chi Gong for life is a motto that I am growing increasingly fond of. I am a fan of yoga too, though it does not work as well for me. Chi Gong, though, is specifically designed to heal and balance energy. It is like going to your acupuncturist every day (well, almost like that).

I practice Chi Lel. I have taught and practiced other styles, but I continue to be impressed that Chi Lel is the best, purest, most healing and open of the lot.

Chi Lel (or any form of Chi [qi] Gong [kung]) will be profoundly healing to you overall and will often prevent or eliminate one disease or symptom after another until you are enjoying vibrant health when you practice it every day.

Step 6: Get spiritual and religious. I have lots of friends who are so consumed with confusion over this issue you cannot hold a conversation with them without discussing it.

True, sometimes religion can get twisted into something dark, harsh, painful and controlling, but that is because of people who are unstable and unhealthy and need help themselves.

It is beyond debate that religious people live longer, have better movement of energy in their bodies and deal with stress better. Ritual moves energy. Religion is a celebration of life and some Higher Power that we may or may not know and understand, but who, we can have faith, knows and understands us.

Choosing to believe this and to go celebrate by joyfully (if reverently) participating in ritual and listening to fellow students of Higher Power is very healthy and healing and strengthening.

Wo/man was not made for religion, religion was made for wo/man.

Step 7: Love life more than you are loving it. You probably cannot do this if you have the above pattern of imbalance, but as you heal and eat more living food, you will find your ability to do so increased. Take hold of this increase like it is the lifeline to keep you from drowning. Live better, have more virtue and more peace and kindness. Glow with that joy, peace, hope and love that will begin to saturate you more and more.
