Summary
Recent workshops in this series have revealed significant, measurable relief for patients suffering from Cystic Fibrosis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. In the upcoming workshop, founder Gary Craig will be demonstrating EFT live on six patients with diseases that include Arthritis, Asthma, Hepatitis C, Sciatica, Migraine Headaches, Hypertension and Ovarian Cysts.
Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT, is a universal healing aid based on the highly accepted theory that physical ailments can be the result of emotional trauma. Properly applied, energy meridians in the body are realigned by a simple tapping procedure (instead of needles) to achieve a complete release of even the most intense emotional trauma. In many cases, physical symptoms vanish immediately, often with permanent results.
Developed by Gary Craig, a Stanford engineer in lifelong pursuit of personal well being, EFT is simply an extension of energy research dating back to Einstein in the 1920s. Craig discovered the basic EFT theory in 1991 and continues to research and develop its application. The basics of EFT are user friendly, universally effective, and available for free at http://www.emofree.com .
For those interested, here is an example of EFT at work on Migraines and Carpal Tunnel, taken from the collection articles on the EFT website:
“John told me that after suffering from weekly and sometimes daily migraines since childhood, he hadn’t had a single migraine since the EFT treatment, which was between 5 and 6 years ago. He still doesn’t understand what went on in my office, but is thrilled with his relief.” EFT Practitioner Carol Look
“I have suffered from carpal tunnel syndrome for about 8 years. After extensive chiropractic and physical therapy treatment, I thought I was as healed as I was going to be without surgery. Even though I felt better in general, the chronic pain still wore me down occasionally. In 1997 I was introduced to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). After being guided through a tapping sequence for about 10 minutes, I had absolutely no pain! I couldn’t believe it! I kept mentally searching throughout my body for the pain. It just wasn’t there! I had actually taken a few minutes to tap on the corner of my eye, my hand and other simple, easy to reach places on my body and had shed this pain with which I thought I was destined to live! Then I tried it on a grief issue I had been carrying around since 1989. Within minutes, I felt the weight lift from me. I have been able to remember my sister fondly and nostalgically but with no pain of grief ever since!” Mary Kuriger
