Planned Parenthood: New video shows dissection of 20-week baby for parts to sell

by J. D. Heyes

(NaturalNews) A fifth video released by a group attempting to expose the ghoulish underworld of Planned Parenthood features an official employed by the organization admitting that abortion doctors sometimes provide "intact" babies for organ harvesting and experimentation.

As reported by Lifesite News, the video, produced by the Center for Medical Progress, includes graphic footage of investigators watching as pristine organs are removed – "harvested" – from a 20-week old baby that had been aborted.

Twenty weeks, by the way, is the gestational age when most experts agree that babies can feel pain (see here, here, and here). Also, babies can survive outside the womb at 22 weeks, thanks to today's technology – just two weeks beyond the gestational age of aborted babies in the latest video produced by the center.

As further reported by Lifesite News:

The director of research for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, Melissa Farrell, told undercover investigators that abortionists are willing to alter the abortion process to obtain the body parts researchers request, or to deliver a child essentially intact.

'Diversification of the revenue stream'

"They can make it happen," she said. "We bake that into our contract, and our protocol, that...we deviate from our standard in order to do that."

"Some of our doctors," she continued, "do it [the abortion procedure] in a way that they get the best specimens, so, I know it can happen."

As in the first video released by the center, Farrell goes out to lunch with the undercover investigative team. She says the fees paid for the fetal body parts add tremendous "diversification of the revenue stream" for that Planned Parenthood affiliate.

If it is eventually determined in court that she was referring to the revenue stream as one that made a profit, then that constitutes a violation of federal law prohibiting the sale of human organs for "valuable consideration," Lifesite News reported.

During her meeting with the undercover operatives, who were posing at a human biological company, Farrell said they could receive the body parts they required and that Planned Parenthood would bill the "company" in such a way it would pay more for higher quality specimens and the extra effort put forth by the abortion doctor.

"If we alter our process, and we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers, we can make it part of the budget" to cover "dissections" and "splitting the specimens into different shipments," she said. "It's all just a matter of line items."

"This is now the fifth member of Planned Parenthood leadership discussing payments for aborted baby parts without any connection to actual costs of so-called tissue 'donation,'" said CMP Project Lead David Daleiden. "Planned Parenthood's system-wide conspiracy to evade the law and make money off of aborted fetal tissue is now undeniable."

'It was a twin'

But denying it is precisely what Planned Parenthood officials have done, as well as many Democrats in Congress. In recent days Cecile Richards, Planned Parenthood's president, took to the pages of the Washington Post to defend her organization and to label the undercover operatives "extremists," even as her clinicians coldly discuss the dismemberment of aborted babies and the sale of their parts.

As for the newly-released video, the last several minutes show graphic footage of the undercover operatives inside the labs of a Houston abortion facility, looking through the body parts of a 20-week-old aborted baby.

"It was a twin," says an employee as she retrieves the remains from a refrigerator. Clearly defined hands and feet are seen in the dish, as the undercover operative pulls a lung out with a pair of tweezers.

"Sometimes they come out really intact," a technician told the pair of actors.

You may view the video here but we must warn you, parts of it are graphic.
