by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor

An enjoyable way to burn off those unwanted calories and build strength in your lower body is through reaction cycling.

Now there is a way to burn fat, increase muscle tone and strengthen legs all in one; cycling. Not the same old cycling around the block, instead a specially designed exercise class called Reaction Cycling. Recently the staff Bally Total Fitness participated in continued training in the Bally signature class of Reaction Cycling. Reaction cycling is an excellent activity that can improve your cardiovascular endurance, it will enable your heart and lungs to function more efficiently and help you reduce body fat. The Bally Total Fitness Reaction Cycling Workout will improve your muscular strength and muscular endurance, which will improve your performance when participating in your daily activities. Bally Master trainer Elizabeth Garcia came from Chicago to The Bahamas to instruct the staff of Bally Bahamas on how to conduct a Reaction Cycling class. The trainers participated in two days of intense training and spent most of their time on the stationary bike becoming comfortable with the cycling positions. Donn Carlos Knowles the only trainer at Bally that was certified to instruct the old continuous cycling class, Spinning, was extremely thrilled for the weekend training which instructed 12 of Bally's fitness staff on how to teach the new continuous cycling class, Reaction cycling. "It's good that more than one trainer can teach a continuous cycling class here at Bally, now if I'm not available there will be someone to fill in for me," Mr. Knowles said. He also commented on the differences between the two classes. A continuous cycling class like Reaction Cycling can even be used by competitive cyclists to aid in their training. Reaction Cycling is available to all Bally members every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.
