Roomba 530 Vacuum Robot Product Review

Here's the result of a single cleaning cycle in my home. Notice Roomba picked up strings, dust and a lot of dog hair (I have a Rotweiller). The cycle took around 30 minutes, and Roomba didn't get stuck or cause any problems.

As Roomba owners already know, the navigation pattern used by Roomba sometimes seems senseless. It wanders aimlessly about, often retracing the same path, sometimes hugging walls or following the edges of obstacles. It takes much longer than vacuuming or sweeping your floors yourself, but then again, Roomba doesn't require your time. Simply press "CLEAN" and walk away. That's the beauty of allowing a robot to do this work for you.

And this picture only shows the big stuff that was swept into the receptacle. Just wait until you see the next picture of the dust filter...
