On Day 12 of "Absolute Healing," aired on Jan. 14, investigative journalist Jonathan Otto featured a shocking testimony from a Michigan woman, who alleges that hospital protocols during the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic were not just ineffective but knowingly lethal, with staff admitting that "politics" were controlling healthcare and leading to patient deaths.
Stacy Ograyensek's husband, Ryan, a healthy 41-year-old, was hospitalized with COVID-19. Over a 21-day struggle to see him, Ograyensek said she was barred until he was placed on a ventilator. Once inside, she began questioning the treatment. She claimed nurses told her the protocols "won't help him get better, but it's the only thing we're allowed to give him." One nurse allegedly stated, "It's all politics, politics controlling our healthcare system."
Ograyensek secretly recorded conversations. "I was able to get them on tape telling me that they know that these protocols are letting the patients die, that their hands are tied," she said. Her quest for alternative treatment led to a brief, dramatic turnaround. After weeks on the ventilator, she found doctors willing to break protocol. They administered ivermectin, steroids and vitamins. "His blood oxygen went from 64% to 100% in less than 24 hours," Ograyensek stated. The doctors were impressed and planned to continue.

Ryan was forced back onto the standard protocol and began to decline.
A subsequent battle over steroid treatment followed. After Ryan was stabilized on a proper steroid dose, Ograyensek left briefly. Upon her return, she discovered the head of ICU had taken him off the steroid "cold turkey," because it was not part of the COVID protocol. The doctor who prescribed it warned, "If you take this from him, he's going to die."
The most chilling allegation involved the final days. A transfer to a sympathetic doctor was scheduled for a Monday. That Sunday night, Ograyensek said Ryan's sedatives were "increased significantly." She received a call at 3 a.m. that they were losing him.
"That's my gut feeling," Ograyensek said when asked if the dosing was increased to kill him before the transfer. Her suspicion was fueled by an earlier, cryptic encounter with a nurse's aide who mentioned another patient, "Room 17," who was suing for the right to try ivermectin. The aide allegedly said, "the hospital administrators told us nurses to work to get them out faster."
After Ryan's death, Ograyensek attended a funeral for a husband and wife who died a week apart in the same hospital. She discovered they were the occupants of "Room 17." Reviewing her notes, she saw the nurse's comment was made two days before their daughter died. "It only makes me assume that they were also told to get Ryan out faster," she concluded.
The episode concluded with commentary from Laura Hartman, a registered nurse and combat veteran. She emphasized the "power of storytelling" to expose systemic issues and urged grassroots local action. "All politics are local. Let's start at mayor level. Let's start at city hall," Hartman advised, arguing that engagement at the most local levels is key to changing a system she describes as a "sick care system, not a healthcare system."
Otto framed the testimony as a call to personal responsibility. "Every single person has the capacity to make a difference right now. And every one of us has a duty to do the right thing. The survival of humanity literally depends on it," Otto said.
