Biden administration authorized FBI to use DEADLY FORCE in raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, likely hoping to find an excuse to shoot Trump

The FBI had authorization to use deadly force when they raided former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida in August 2022.

This is according to court filings in a motion to suppress evidence that was seized during the raid as part of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into Trump’s alleged improper retention of classified material.

The documents reveal that the FBI was prepared and willing to use deadly force if needed, even if it involved Trump and his security detail. It’s just one of several eye-opening court filings that Judge Aileen Cannon ordered to be unsealed related to “Plasmic Echo,” the code name used by the FBI to refer to the governmental investigation into Trump’s mishandling of sensitive documents.

It said that the “FBI believed its objective for the Mar-a-Lago raid was to seize ‘classified information, NDI, and US Government records,” and the policy statement in the Use of Deadly Force Section clearly asserted: "Law Enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary."

Agents arrived that day armed with “Standard Issue Weapon, Ammo, [and] Handcuffs” along with “medium and large sized bolt cutters” and lock-picking gear. However, they were instructed to wear unmarked collared or polo shirts and keep their “law enforcement equipment concealed.”

They must have been reasonably certain that something could go down during the raid, as their team also included a medic who could tend to those who were “injured” during the raid, along with information and directions to a local trauma center. The policy statement clarified that deadly force could not be used “solely to prevent the escape of a fleeing suspect,” however.

Other exhibits from the unsealed motion show that FBI agents ransacked bedrooms in the home belonging to former First Lady Melania Trump and their son, Barron Trump.

Trump calls raid "unconstitutional"

Trump, who has been in a New York City courtroom this week as part of his ongoing trial related to falsifying business records, had a strong reaction to the new revelations, posting on his Truth Social platform: "WOW! I just came out of the Biden Witch Hunt Trial in Manhattan, the ‘Icebox,’ and was shown Reports that Crooked Joe Biden’s DOJ, in their Illegal and UnConstitutional Raid of Mar-a-Lago, AUTHORIZED THE FBI TO USE DEADLY (LETHAL) FORCE. NOW WE KNOW, FOR SURE, THAT JOE BIDEN IS A SERIOUS THREAT TO DEMOCRACY."

He added: "HE IS MENTALLY UNFIT TO HOLD OFFICE — 25TH AMENDMENT!"

The raid lasted for roughly ten hours, and it involved 25 Miami FBI agents, along with four from Washington, D.C. and an unidentified individual from the headquarters of the FBI. The Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida and a Department of Justice attorney were also involved.

Despite sweeping through the bedrooms, kitchen and gym of Mar-a-Lago, classified documents were only found in a basement storage room, an office belonging to Trump, and rooms next to the office. The government claims the documents have sensitive information about national defense, but Trump maintains that he did not do anything illegal.

The FBI issued a statement insisting all of this was standard operating procedure, noting: “The FBI followed standard protocol in this search as we do for all search warrants, which includes a standard policy statement limiting the use of deadly force. No one ordered additional steps to be taken and there was no departure from the norm in this matter.”

Attorney General Merrick Garland has admitted that he “personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant” against Trump.
