American Red Cross providing migrants with maps, making it easier for illegals to violate the border and flood into the USA

The American Red Cross is being accused of aiding illegal immigrants to cross the border by providing them with maps and guides, and even medical assistance.

This is according to an investigation conducted by the Daily Caller, which was able to obtain packets stamped with the logos of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the American Red Cross. The map provides a list of resources for migrants, including hotels, clinics and shelters where they can get support in Mexico and Central America. The map also provides migrants with clearly defined routes leading to cities right on the United States' border with Mexico and has guides for migrants who want to take care of their health on the journey, including how to survive the desert heat and how to avoid diseases, how to safely jump onto trains and how to obtain contraceptives.

The ICRC in a statement did not dispute that it is helping migrants safely travel across Central America to cross the border.

"Our approach to migrants is strictly humanitarian. We provide information about ways to reduce risk and where to find lifesaving assistance in Mexico and Central America," said the ICRC in a statement. "It is essential to prevent the loss of lives and to promote a humanitarian approach. Addressing the needs of this vulnerable population is a shared responsibility, of the authorities in the countries of origin, transit and destination, and of the international community."

"They didn't tell asthmatics to bring their inhalers. They didn't tell diabetics to bring their diabetes medicine, but they did tell the women to bring contraceptives because they know that women are being raped," warned Pinal County, Arizona Sheriff Mark Lamb, who is running to be the Republican Party's nominee for Arizona's Senate election.

Pinal County, directly southeast of Phoenix and around 60 miles from the border with Mexico, has been struggling to contend with the ongoing flood of illegal immigrants pouring into the border.

"We can't keep making it easy for them and telling them how to do it," said Lamb. He added that the federal government in Washington, D.C. also seems to be making it easier for migrants to come to America.

"We just don't have the strength that we need along the border, and [cartels] know that," he added. "Having a stronger presence – whether it's the military, more Border Patrol agents, more local law enforcement – a stronger presence would absolutely decrease this traffic we're seeing."

Government pays Red Cross to support illegals released into the country

The federal government currently contracts the American Red Cross – providing the organization with millions in taxpayer dollars – to support so-called legal migrants released by the administration of President Joe Biden into the country.

Furthermore, a representative of the American Red Cross sits on the board of the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Food and Shelter Program, giving the organization a say in how FEMA spends the funding it is allocated to nongovernment organizations that support illegal immigrants in the United States.

FEMA's Food and Shelter Program was awarded $350 million from the Department of Homeland Security last fiscal year. Those funds are doled out to NGOs to support migrants after entering the country.
