A prominent name who helped uncover the false 2009 "swine flu pandemic," Dr. Wodarg, a former Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from 1994-2009, has also been warning about the fakery of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) "pandemic," which was even worse than the fake swine flu pandemic in terms of its worldwide reach.
In both fake pandemics, the WHO played a critical role in the global control structure surrounding the two scares. Using the International Classification of Diseases, or ICD, the WHO defines what diseases are – and which diseases are to be considered a public health threat – in order to come up with measures for prevention and preparedness with regard to an outbreak or a pandemic.
The WHO also defines which health conditions are to be designated as a health emergency using what is called the Public Health Emergency of International Concern, or PHEIC, mechanism.
"For example, WHO defines the means of detecting disease through the use of prescribed PCR tests," explains The Exposé about how the WHO does its work.
"WHO doesn't only define everything to do with pandemics or PHEICs. It also defines what is considered to be a noncommunicable disease ('NCD'). This is where WHO's control over our lives begins to become all-encompassing. Dr. Wodarg gave examples of heart disease, cancers and drinking too much alcohol as NCDs that the WHO will define and attempt to control."

WHO "going after everything that makes life worth living"
It is WHO's focus on NCDs that is particularly alarming in terms of world affairs because the very idea of an NCD and the power the WHO holds to control how nation-states respond to the "threat" of them is the reason why the planet is now at risk of another round of global lockdowns and medical fascism from whatever the WHO decides is the next public health risk.
"So, they'll use every single thing," Cummins stated at the last fall event before the cameraman interjected to finish his sentence with: "... like a little fat in the a** to get you a pandemic of fatty a**," to which Cummins responded, and Dr. Wodarg nodded in agreement:
"They're going after everything that makes life worth living."
In other words, the WHO merely has to declare something relatively nondescript and perhaps inherently non-threatening to be a public health threat and voila: instant shutdown and takeover of global governance by the WHO.
According to Dr. Wodarg, there is a simple antidote to this global takeover that is defined as follows:
• "R" stands for resilience
• "T" stands for transparency
• "S" stands for size
• "C" stands for complexity
This is how nation-states should handle a perceived threat, minus the WHO's input, Dr. Wodarg seemed to suggest. Instead, the globalists who run the WHO and other related organizations have inverted this formula in order to implement their devious plans for the world.
