IBM sued for racist CEO’s “obviously illegal” hiring practices – whites and Asians need not apply
12/17/2023 // Ethan Huff // Views

IBM and its subsidiary Red Hat are back in the news for allegedly racist hiring practices that are occurring behind closed doors.

There are too many whites and Asians working in America's tech industry, according to IBM Chairman and CEO Arvind Krishna, who was captured on tape threatening corporate executives for not hiring enough blacks and Latinos.

James O'Keefe blew the story wide open when he released leaked video footage showing Krishna talking about the racist hiring practices he wants to see at his company.

"On December 11, 2023, a tape of IBM Chief Executive Officer and Board Chairman Arvind Krishna was released on X.4 In the video, Krishna promises to fire, demote, or deny bonuses to corporate executives who either fail to meet the corporation's racial and national origin hiring quotas or who hire too many Asian individuals," a letter from the American First Legal Foundation reads.

The letter goes on to reference the video, which you can watch below, showing Krishna admitting to the use of coercion to fire employees and reduce their bonuses if they failed to discriminate in the hiring process according to Krishna's demands.

"You've got to move both forward by a percentage that leads to a plus on your bonus," Krishna said, referring to IBM hiring more Hispanics. "And by the way: If you lose, you lose part of your bonus."

According to Krishna, there is no need to hire any Asians at IBM because "Asians are not an underrepresented minority in tech in America."

"I'm not going to finesse this," Krishna added in the clip. "For blacks, we should try to get towards 13 percent."

IBM's Arvind Krishna also a Class B Director of the New York Fed

Over at Red Hat, Chairman Paul Cormier also stated in a recording that his company has actually fired people for refusing to discriminately hire on the basis of race and skin color in violation of the law.

Krishna, by the way, is a top dog over at the Federal Reserve. An anti-white racist, Krishna was reelected as a Class B Director of the New York Fed, which creates even more questions about to whom the guy truly pays his allegiance.

Commenting on O'Keefe's video and the damning revelations it contains, billionaire electric vehicle (EV) guru Elon Musk called it "extremely concerning and obviously illegal."

"Elon, this was an insider at IBM who came to me with the CEO recording inspired by what you said telling both IBM and Disney to F off," O'Keefe then responded to Musk.

Back to the America First letter, it continues by explaining the tenets of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, revealing that they prohibit IBM from discriminating against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

People who have been fired from either IBM or Red Hat in connection with this issue are encouraged to contact O'Keefe.
