LaToya Drake, Google's News Lab head, revealed that her corporate employer's new "Fact Check Tools" apparatus is all about "improving information quality." Its stated purpose, according to one outside observer, is "to eliminate dissent on any topic Google selects."
The Google News Lab itself, which we now know is simply a purveyor of fake news, describes itself as "a team within the Google News Initiative (GNI) whose mission is to collaborate with journalists to fight misinformation."
GNI, in case you are unfamiliar with it, is a Google program that "works with publishers and journalists to fight misinformation." In other words, it is Google's corporate censorship division.
In the video below, you can see Drake pushing so-called "fact checkers" and "approved" journalists to utilize digital tools from Google like "Data Commons," which was specifically designed for fake news publishers to "verify the authenticity and accuracy" of what gets reported as news:

Google is the epitome of evil
There are four main areas of concern where Google is devoting most of its censorship efforts:
- Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) statistics
- The World Bank
- The FBI's crime statistics
- Global warming statistics provided by the WHO and the UN
Concerning covid, Google wants to keep a lid on all skepticism and information that might deter people from believing that the "pandemic" was real, or deter them from getting "vaccinated" with one of the "vaccines" released through Operation Warp Speed.
The World Bank is swamp central in terms of being a globalist-controlled financial behemoth that steers world affairs, so all information about this entity must be fully controlled and sanitized to prevent the truth from ever escaping.
The Federal Bureau of Information (FBI) tracks data on crime, including murder, that overwhelmingly points to blacks being the worst offenders in numerous categories, and Google does not want people learning this.
And finally, anything pertaining to climate change or global warming must align with the official narrative or else it will not pass the "fact checking" process that Google has constructed.
This new scheme from Google is the product of a multi-year plan outlined in the UN's Global Digital Compact, which exists to shut down all narratives that are not approved by the globalists.
"Core to our mission is providing trustworthy content and opportunities for free expression across our platforms, while limiting the reach of misinformation / disinformation, violent extremism, and other harmful content," explained UN Secretary-General António Guterres about the "Content Responsibility" section that Google is relying on to censor.
"These are not easy issues, which is why we support collaborative efforts that enable companies like Google to continue the work we are already doing to develop clear and transparent policies and enforce them without regard to political party or point of view. We work to raise up authoritative sources, and reduce the spread of harmful content, in recommendations and elsewhere."
Google also has what is known as a "Jigsaw" team that is launching new censorship initiatives like information "prebunking," which aims to stop the spread of potentially viral "misinformation" content before it even gets the chance to take off and circulate.
