Remembering Sol Peter Ajalat, who stood up courageously to the vaccine industry
Sol Peter Ajalat's journey began in Chicago, Illinois, on July 12, 1932. The child of immigrants from Jordan, he grew up in Los Angeles, where he excelled academically and on the football field. After graduating high school, he was drafted into the U.S. Army, where he served three years at Fort Sam Houston as an instructor in Emergency Medical Care. In 1958, he earned a degree in public health administration from UCLA, before attending law school and earning his Juris Doctor in 1062.
According to his family, “Community was his passion — serving others and bringing others together for the greater good, this is what he strived to do his entire life.” As he defended clients over the years, he became keen to the harms caused by the vaccine industry.
Sol's commitment to seeking truth and uncovering the hidden dangers of Gardasil was unparalleled. At the age of 90, he was still practicing law, never letting his passion waver. Over his 60-year career, Sol delved into various areas of law, fighting for the rights of innocent, who were injured by accidents, medical malpractice, and vaccine injuries. His determination to bring justice to vaccine-injured plaintiffs led him to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, where he fearlessly represented their cases.
Known for his meticulous research and unwavering spirit, Sol devoted his final years to uncovering the dark truths behind Gardasil. Meticulously, he examined and analyzed countless Gardasil studies, unmasking the intricate web of deception that led to the under-reporting of neurological injuries and the exaggerated claims of efficacy. Sol's thirst for knowledge was insatiable, and he sought out the world's most knowledgeable scientists to learn about the immune system and how it reacted to vaccine ingredients. Through his studies, he uncovered the unsettling truth – Gardasil's potential for over-stimulating the immune system with dangerous aluminum salts and exposing patients to these harmful neurotoxins in the process.
Sol bravely represented the marginalized in society, the vaccine injured
The more Sol discovered, the more he felt compelled to educate and warn others about Gardasil's dangers. He passionately advocated for his clients, especially Jennifer Robi, who had suffered severe neurological injuries due to the vaccine. Sol fearlessly championed her case in Los Angeles civil court, breaking new ground for providing a lawful path of justice for the vaccine-injured. His courage inspired countless colleagues to follow his lead, leading to a wave of similar cases being filed across the country.
Michael Baum, senior partner with Wisner Baum told The Defender, “Sol was a pioneer in this field, bringing Jennifer’s case in a civil court in Los Angeles, where no-one until Sol had successfully been able to file and maintain an injected medication case.”
“That trail he blazed was followed by my firm and several others of the very top pharmaceutical firms in the world, leading to hundreds of cases like Jennifer’s filed all across the country,” Baum added.
Thanks to Sol's insistence, Merck was compelled to disclose over 25 million pages of internal documents about Gardasil. This crucial evidence led to the selection of 16 exemplar cases to proceed to trial in federal court, serving as a beacon of hope for all those seeking justice.
Jennifer Robi fondly remembers him as her voice during vulnerable times and a champion for her and her family. While his passing has left a void in their hearts, Jennifer finds solace in knowing that Sol's guiding light will forever illuminate her path. She describes him as a model of truth, integrity, and honor, grateful for the immense impact he had on her life.
