Wiles discussed with co-host Dr. Raymond Burkhart the pair of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) whistleblowers who have told Congressional investigators that high-level government officials deliberately stalled or blocked an investigation into the alleged crimes committed by President Joe Biden's son Hunter.
The "TruNews" host said the revelations came days after the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced that the younger Biden had accepted a plea deal in which he will avoid prosecution for misdemeanor charges and a felony charge of possessing a gun while using drugs.
"One of the whistleblowers, a criminal supervisory special agent, has sought whistleblower protection in order to reveal what he says is evidence of a failure to mitigate clear conflicts of interest in the ultimate disposition of the investigation," Wiles said. "He has told lawmakers that he faced roadblocks since the beginning of this probe, including being prevented from interviewing witnesses, and repeatedly stopped from obtaining search warrants. He also says he was denied access to the Biden laptop, which he said contained evidence of tax violations."
The other whistleblower, an anonymous IRS employee who worked on the Biden case for a year and a half, said she was impeded by similar hurdles.
The female whistleblower disclosed that her superiors at the time were aware of a possible conflict of interest involving the Biden family but did nothing to address it. She added that she was being blocked from pursuing the case because her bosses wanted it to die.
"Both whistleblowers have provided detailed testimony that outlines a steady campaign of unequal treatment in enforcing the law, government interference in the investigation of Biden's actions and retaliation against those employees who raise concerns. They say their whistleblower protection applications were rebuffed at every stage of the process," Burkhart said.
Wiles mentioned an attorney for the unnamed supervisory agent has written to lawmakers requesting they exercise their constitutional oversight function and provide Congress information regarding the handling of the Hunter Biden investigation. According to Wiles, the story has been out for several years and the mainstream media is now forced to report it because of the overwhelming evidence.
He pointed out that people can't continue to say it is a hoax, Russian disinformation or MAGA conspiracy theory since there is hard evidence that the Bidens accepted massive amounts of money as bribe. Government agencies trying to stop whistleblowers from exposing the truth
The whistleblowers have told members of Congress that people from the Justice Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), IRS and intelligence agencies are trying to stop them from exposing the truth. Also, according to reports, U.S. federal prosecutor for Delaware David Weiss was blocked from bringing charges against Hunter Biden.
Missouri Rep. Jason Smith, the chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, recently told the press the three key findings from the whistleblowers' testimony: the federal government not treating taxpayers equally when enforcing tax laws; the Biden DOJ intervening and overstepping when it comes to the investigation of Hunter Biden; and whistleblowers facing immediate retaliation.
Wiles commented that Smith's statement was enough to send the Bidens to jail for 50 years.
"If this were what we used to call normal, Biden would have already resigned. The uproar would be so great. He would already be the former president. The attorney general would resign. It would be a wipeout because there are so many people implicated in the scandal," Wiles said.
"You're talking about two senior IRS investigators going on record under oath, saying we were blocked from investigating Hunter Biden. So, who were the people that blocked the investigators? They were blocked from interviewing witnesses. They were blocked from accessing the laptop every step of the way. They were hindered. They were blocked. They were told you can't do this."
