In a two-part interview with talk show host and Fox News personality Dan Bongino, who himself spent several years as a Secret Service agent, whistleblower Special Agent Kyle Seraphin said the FBI is a shell of itself, becoming less of a federal law enforcement agency while behaving more like an intelligence-gathering entity, spying on law-abiding Americans in order to advance a left-leaning political agenda.
In addition, he added that hundreds more agents he has been in contact with are just as fed up and disgusted with the direction of the agency and are certain that mid-level supervisors on up to the highest echelons are careerists who hate conservatives and are carrying out the objectives of the Biden regime.
Seraphin told Bongino that agents are regularly ordered to spy on Americans with little to no justification, while the bureau's supervisory ranks are filled with “inexperienced corporate climbers,” The Daily Wire reported. In addition, the whistleblower claimed that hundreds of agents who are exasperated and disgusted are nevertheless remaining with the agency so they can grab their pensions and get out.
“The number of guys who say, ‘I don’t agree with what’s going on here, but I’ve got three years to retire,’ it’s heartbreaking,” Seraphin, a former member of the U.S. Air Force who has been with the bureau for more than five years and was suspended without pay in June, said.
Worse, he's currently not able to even look for another job without FBI permission unless he decides to quit altogether.
The Daily Wire added that during a “poignant segment” of the interview, Seraphin recounted to Bongino how he was sent to the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C., as part of his orientation as a new agent. He and the others were told that the only reason for the atrocity was that “minor government officials” who were supported by local and federal law enforcement took part.

“If anybody refuses to get with the program, it doesn’t happen,” he said. “The answer, ‘I’m just following orders,’ the Nuremberg piece, it doesn’t fly. We know better.”
He added that he was trying to adhere to that principle by coming forward to tell his story, but now he’s hypocritically being punished for doing so.
“We’re supposed to know that if they ask you to do something that is illegal, immoral, or unethical, following orders is not an excuse,” he said.
The suspended agent said he believed he was probably going to experience some retribution after he refused to take a COVID vaccine in late 2020 following an illness from the virus. He then organized hundreds of other agents and FBI employees to object to the mandate.

But last November, after Attorney General Merrick Garland in testimony to lawmakers denied that the Department of Justice was targeting education-activist parents with law enforcement tools reserved for terrorists, Seraphin says he blew the whistle. Seraphin, who previously worked in the bureau’s Washington field office but by last year was stationed in New Mexico, went to his local member of Congress with an email that had been widely circulated within the bureau. The email, he said, relayed Garland’s orders to use Patriot Act counterterrorism tools to target parents at school board meetings through a tag called “EDUOFFICIALS.”
The scandal blew up when it was revealed that the DOJ issued the orders after coordinating with the White House and the National School Boards Association to vilify as “domestic terrorists” parents who objected to the teaching of radical gender and race theories. The school board association later apologized as dozens of state members left in protest.
“That’s when you become part of political hatchet jobs, and I didn’t sign up for that, and nobody I know signed up for that either,” Seraphin said. “That’s not what people want to get involved in.”
The FBI is nothing more than an Americanized version of the Gestapo under Biden.
