Video footage posted to Twitter by independent journalist Andy Ngô shows an almost all-white crowd of Antifa and Black Lives Matter (BLM) "protesters" standing in the middle of a thoroughfare chanting, "Who's lives matter? Black lives matter," while dousing two American flags in lighter fluid atop a decapitated stuffed bear.
"Someone rolled a mock guillotine with a stuffed bear into the street (photo)," a press statement issued by the Portland Police Bureau (PPB) reads – the headline photo to this story is the one referenced in parenthesis.
"The bear and multiple U.S. flags were burned. Paint balloons were launched at officers, as well as green lasers."
Earlier that same day, multiple violent clashes occurred between Antifa and Proud Boys, with pepper spraying being exchanged between the two groups, and no law enforcement anywhere in sight.
The mayhem lasted all day and well into the night before Antifa and BLM terrorists rolled out the guillotine and produced an effigy depicting what they have planned for those who resist their agenda.
Following many hours of assaulting bystanders with not only pepper spray but also rocks, eggs, urine and even human feces, which they smeared throughout the streets of Portland, the left-wing "protesters" shifted their ire directly onto the police.
"At 11:45pm, officers began to push the crowd to the west," one report explains. "Rocks, bottles, and other hard objects were thrown at officers. One lieutenant was struck in back of head with a glass bottle. His helmet prevented him from being injured."
"A Portland Fire and Rescue Medic embedded with one of the squads was hit in the shin with a large rock ... He suffered a minor laceration to the leg."

The "press" was also seen throwing rocks at people, vehicles
Just before midnight, a riot was declared by the PPB sound truck, which drove around blasting the message as "protesters" threw eggs and rocks at the vehicle. The rear window of a vehicle used to transport a Rapid Response Team squad was also shattered by a rock.
"Numerous officers reported seeing individuals bearing 'press' insignia throwing rocks at them," reports reveal.
The apparent purpose of the guillotine, of which there were actually several, was to intimidate the police. When all was said and done, some 14 people were arrested, according to police records.
Earlier in the month, these same "protesters" were caught burning Bibles in the street, just like the Nazis of old did in the leadup to the horrific violence that occurred during World War II.
"Thank you, anarchists of Portland," wrote one Real Clear Politics commenter. "While you shame your city you shine a light on what police retreat in the face of chaos does. It creates more chaos. What a surprise!"
"The imagery of beheadings is not supposed to be calming," this same commenter added. "Generally speaking, infamous apparatus of execution do not appear in safe spaces. But they should not fret for long. When Trump is reelected in November, they will know America is not on their side and not wanting their heads to be cut clean off for the color of their skin, or for not being quite woke enough."
