(Natural News) We saw it coming years ago when the Obama regime deployed the Justice Department and various federal agencies to target ‘politically incorrect’ industries using “Operation Choke Point,” and we’ve seen it continued by virtue-signaling corporations like Dick’s Sporting Goods: The Left has launched a full-out assault on the right to sell and market firearms, since they can’t get rid of the Second Amendment.
The Obama regime is no more, but the Marxist assault against guns and gun rights has continued as Left-wing tech firms increasingly employ economic terrorism and discrimination by threatening and punishing companies that continue to do firearms-related business.
As reported by Ammoland, the latest is Salesforce, a Silicon Valley giant that is now demanding all clients using their cloud-based customer relationship management services stop selling popular AR-15 rifles (and other gun-related gear) or give up using their software.
“The San Francisco tech giant boasts of a full suite of software as a service (SaaS) solutions to help customers manage their current customer base and use advanced analytics and marketing automation to acquire new clients. Salesforce has over 100,000 users with some spending over $1,000,000 a year on the services,” Ammoland reports.
Salesforce has placed gun retailers in a difficult position, and purposefully so. Retail outlets like Camping World Holdings is nearly completely dependent on Salesforce software platforms in order to get items shipped and out for marketing purposes.
Unless the company, parent of the Gander Mountain brand, ceases and desists in selling the popular semi-automatic, magazine-fed rifles, then Salesforce will boot them off the platform when their contract runs out, Ammoland reported.
“The company has also banned the sale of 80% lowers, barrel shrouds, and flash hiders,” the website reported. “Any rifle chambered in .50 BMG, and the round itself, is also forbidden. Most bizarrely the company has banned the sale of stocks with thumb holes, but it is still OK to sell pistol grips for semi-automatic rifles.”
Marc Benioff, the current CEO of Salesforce, founded the company in 1999, and he’s 100 percent anti-gun. Ammoland noted that on February 15, 2018, he tweeted, “The AR-15 is the most popular rifle in America. This is economic discrimination, plain and simple: Where is the Justice Department?
Because that’s what authoritarian Leftists do: They don’t compromise, accommodate, or care what the Constitution says. Ban, censor, and extinguish rights they don’t agree with is all they understand.

Benioff has also donated large amounts of money to anti-gun organizations, including a $1 million donation to March for Our Lives, Ammoland noted — that’s the group Parkland, Fla., student-turned-anti-gun lunatic David Hogg used, along with the deaths of his fellow classmates, to jumpstart his activism career.
Clearly, he also caved to the lunatic Left. Benioff’s company was seeded with money from early investors like House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, John Crump, writing for Ammoland, noted.
Without question, this is economic discrimination of the highest order, and what’s more, the Left-wing activist CEOs have no problem admitting that their actions are indeed targeted specifically at retailers who are selling a legal, constitutionally-protected item — firearms.
We have hate speech laws penalizing and imprisoning Americans for saying things some merely find uncomfortable. We have laws on the books protecting every kind of lifestyle — sexual and otherwise — imaginable under the sun.
We have statutory law banning discriminatory practices based on race, creed, skin color, sex, religion, ethnicity, and so forth. We have constitutional amendments recognizing and protecting equality.
So how is it that a company can so blatantly discriminate against another firm for selling a legal product? Where is the outrage?
More importantly, where is the Trump Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division and their legal team? Seems like a clear-cut case of product discrimination to us.
