Jimmy Kimmel named the Left’s “BIGOT” for spreading HATE that targets Christians

The little commie wannabes in Hollywood continue to insult and alienate the vast majority of Americans with their self-serving arrogance and disgusting hypocrisy.

One of the most notable and quotable of these idiots is none other than“comedian” Jimmy Kimmel, who has transformed his program during the age of Trump from a late-night entertainment platform into a vehicle for telling most Americans just how much he hates them.

In a piece for The Daily CallerJeffrey M. Trissell, an attorney with the Freedom of Conscience Defense Fund, noted that Kimmel spent four minutes of his program on a sketch involving Trissell’s firm and its representation of Cathy Miller, defending her First Amendment speech and religion rights against Alt-Left social change warriors in California who sought to punish her for her Christianity.

First and foremost, Miller is devout in her belief that marriage is a sacred covenant only between a man and a woman; she also believes it’s immoral for her to participate in any stage of a same-sex union or wedding.

Notes Trissell:

In August of last year, a same-sex couple came to Tastries. According to their sworn court statements, they were welcomed by a Tastries employee who “treated us kindly and was very warm.” However, when it was discovered that they sought a wedding cake for a same-sex wedding, Cathy told them that they could purchase anything in her store, since Tastries welcomes and serves everyone who enters the store, but that she could not make their wedding cake.

Miller did not just dismiss the couple out of hand; she tried to accommodate them by referring them to a competitor with whom she has a good relationship.

For her faith and for attempting to be accommodating nonetheless, the couple whined to the state’s behavior modification police, which lies in wait for any opportunity they can find to destroy traditional American values. Dutifully, the state filed a discrimination suit, but that wasn’t enough: The state also sought an immediate injunction against Miller to force her to either stop making all wedding cakes or stop being a Christian.

On Feb. 4, Superior Court Judge David R. Lampe ruled in favor of Miller, noting that her cake designs are an artistic expression and, therefore, speech under the letter of the Constitution.

“The State cannot succeed on the facts presented as a matter of law,” Lampe wrote. “The right to freedom of speech under the First Amendment outweighs the State’s interest in ensuring a freely accessible marketplace.”

In explaining his ruling, Lampe also noted, “No public commentator in the marketplace of ideas may be forced by law to publish opinion with which he disagrees in the name of equal access. No person may be forced by the state to stand and recite the Pledge of Allegiance against her will. The law cannot compel anyone to stand for the National Anthem. No persons may be forced to advertise a state-sponsored slogan on license plates against their will.”

Thus, in his ruling, Lampe further noted that by using a Tastries cake at their wedding, the same-sex couple would be co-opting Miller’s speech in order to support their own (against Miller’s will), Trissell wrote.

But these easy-to-understand concepts of constitutional rights and personal choice are either over Kimmel’s pointy little head or he’s just another hypocrite bigot from Hollywood — as evidenced by analogizing Miller’s situation to a public restaurant in which he attempts to apply the ruling to a host of absurd situations. “Apparently nobody at Kimmel’s restaurant can have any beef because the chef is Hindu. Nor can men order for women because the owner is Wiccan,” writes Trissell.

"Homosexual individuals cannot order salads because making the salads violates the salad chef’s unspecified religious beliefs. Finally, without any explanation, ‘the lasagna is not for Jews tonight,’” he continued.

Just. Wow.

So I guess it’s okay for conservatives to be able to force Kimmel to put skits on his show that are supportive of President Donald J. Trump and Republicans — right? It’s entirely proper to force him to praise conservative ideals — right? Otherwise, he’s discriminating — right?

Kimmel and people like him are what is wrong with America.
