Sam's Club CEO is a racist bigot who hates white people ... Massive boycott being organized

Sam''s Club

(NaturalNews) It's enough to make founder Sam Walton – an inherently decent man – roll over in his grave.

If you're a regular shopper of the bulk-buy discount chain Sam's Club, and you're white, this story is likely to anger you and perhaps even make you shop somewhere else.

In recent weeks the racist bigot who runs Sam's Club, Rosalind Brewer, an African-American woman, outraged millions of Americans when she admitted during interviews that she openly discriminates against white males.

In an interview with Yahoo News, Brewer copped to institutionalized racism at the chain she manages:

"Just today we met with a supplier and the entire other side of the table was all Caucasian males. That was interesting. I decided not to talk about it directly with [the supplier's] folks in the room because there were actually no female, like, levels down. So I'm going to place a call to him."

Racist bigots come in every color

Now, mind you, Yahoo News – which is just as Left-wing as Brewer – characterized the interview as a discussion about "diversity." And, admittedly, Brewer did discuss that topic.

"It has to start with top leadership," Brewer said. "My executive team is very diverse and I make that a priority. I demand it within my team."

Yahoo News further reported that Brewer's top management team is "diverse" and actually includes four white males.

And the news site reported that Brewer goes out of her way to mentor women both inside and outside of Sam's Club.

So what's the problem, right?

Many things. First off, she – like many black academics, black "civil rights" leaders, and our first black president – seems fixated on race and, in particular, the white race. See, it's one thing to discuss "diversity;" it's quite another to hold negative views of race only when it involves a single ethnic group, and in this case, it's whites, obviously.

Secondly, the judgmental nature of her observations make it obvious that she is the one with the racism problem. "Just today we met with a supplier and the entire other side of the table was all Caucasian males." So what? Why is that inherently a bad thing? It never occurs to bigots like Brewer that maybe there just weren't any qualified minorities or women who applied for the supplier's open sales positions. Maybe there used to be but they either got promoted or went to work for someone else. The thing is, Brewer doesn't even bother entertaining any option other than, it must be racism.

Time to start holding all racists to the same standard

Then there is the notion that she's going to call up that supplier and impose her views on him. "So I'm going to place a call to him." The arrogant presumption of that statement, of that attitude, is mind-boggling. She "demands" a "diverse" team, which means, of course, she defines what is and is not "diverse." That she also wants to impose her vision of that concept on others is the epitome of hubris.

And let's do a role-reversal here. "Just today we met with a supplier and the entire other side of the table was all black males," said the white CEO. "So I'm going to place a call to him." How do you think that would play out in the mainstream media? Do you seriously think Yahoo News would excuse it as just a conversation about diversity? It would take Company XYZ less than five minutes to fire a white woman (or – egad! – a white male) if they said something like that.

Then there's the fact that she's a black woman who is running one of the top wholesale chains in the world, which is part of the largest retailer in the world. That would never happen in a racist country, which she offhandedly believes the United States to be – racist and chauvinistic, as her comments indicate.

Finally, her comments insinuate that she's very attentive to skin color during the hiring process. "My executive team is very diverse and I make that a priority. I demand it within my team." By the very nature of that comment, she suggests she wouldn't hire an otherwise qualified candidate for a job if he (or she, perhaps) wasn't the right skin color. That is not only racist, but is a violation of U.S. labor laws.

There are racists, bigots and haters in every ethnic group. It's past time to stop excusing the comments and behaviors of some bigots just because they aren't pale-skinned.

For the record, Sam's Club defended this woman. For that and other reasons, many Americans have decided to punish Sam's financially by shopping elsewhere.
