Former DCFS worker harasses mother after government kidnapped and sexually abused her son

(NaturalNews) 17-year-old Isaiah Rider was taken from his mother and is now a ward of the state, with new foster parents, following state orders for all his medical "decisions." The true mother, Michelle Rider, has been trying to regain custody of Isaiah for 11 months now.

When she demanded a transfer of her son from Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago to another hospital, the hospital administration felt intimidated and notified the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). For wanting better care for her son, Michelle was accused of medical child abuse. This blanket term is now being used to blame parents with no rational basis to go by at all, stripping informed and caring parents of their rights.

Hospitals and "Child Protective Services" using the label medical child abuse to strip parents of their inherent rights

If a hospital administration thinks they know what's best for a child and doesn't respect a parent's informed choice, then they will use the blanket term of medical child abuse to do whatever they want with the child, stripping the parent of their inherent rights. Michelle has always been the kind of informed mother who cared enough to question whether certain medications were helpful or ineffective. If her son experienced allergic reactions to something, she would rightfully make her concerns known to the doctor. This is something that all parents should be doing.

When under surgery at Lurie Children's Hospital, Michelle Rider noticed that her son was experiencing tremors because of the type of anesthesia being used on him. When Michelle wanted to transfer care to another hospital for further treatment of Isaiah's neurofibromatosis-1, the administration at the hospital went on the defensive. Lurie Children's Hospital then used force by getting the state DCFS involved. They used the term medical child abuse to collude against Michelle and her son's freedom to choose medical treatment. Over the past year, Isaiah has been separated from his mother and only been allowed supervised visits with her. The DCFS has assigned two new parents to follow orders for medical decisions, Kimberly Boone and Lynn Pavalon. His medical care is now dictated to him at the University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital.

In that time, Isaiah has been denied the right to access appropriate medical care. He cannot refuse powerful sedating pain medications and anesthesia that causes him tremors. He cannot refuse psychotropic medication. He cannot see his family or even attend his court hearings.

Now that she is accused of medical child abuse, Michelle has lost her job. (She was a hospice nurse for 16 years.)

Pursuant to federal law which DCFS at first broke, Isaiah was placed in the care of his grandparents in September 2014. On December 5, 2014, Isaiah was forcibly medicated and returned to IL. On that day, Ken Wilson (R-MO) introduced a "bill which proposed that a parent cannot be charged with medical child abuse for disagreeing with medical advice and choosing treatment of another doctor." It's sad that a law has to be passed to protect parent's inherent rights.

Isaiah Rider sexually abused while under DCFS "care"

The most disturbing development of this story was when Isaiah reported that he was forcibly medicated and sexually abused while in DCFS kidnap care. MedicalKidnap.com summarized the report:

Isaiah reports that a man he had never seen before confronted him and held a gun to his head. He forced him to chew a white pill, and as Isaiah was becoming dizzy, the man forced himself on the boy, sodomized him, and did other things to him, calling him a "pretty boy." He passed out. When he woke up, he was extremely sore. The man was gone, but he was surrounded by other people who were laughing. The terrified child found his way back to the foster home, but he didn't tell anyone.

Former DCFS worker goes on the attack, harasses Michelle online

As the medical abuse and control comes to light, a former DCFS worker has went on the attack, harassing Michelle online. The attacks showed up on the Illinois Governor's Facebook page. A former DCFS investigator named Matthew T. Grey launched an attack on Michelle and Team Isaiah, which is the growing support group that is helping Michelle regain custody of her son.

The unprofessional, thuggish attacks were taken down soon thereafter, but the screenshots still remain. The hateful DCFS worker wrote things like, "You and your cause have been an ongoing laugh. Get a life. You are a waste of space." "Bring on any legal issues....hahahaha...stupid people amuse me."

Read through the harassment here.
