Alcohol Detox: What to Know If You Need It

(NewsTarget) The holidays are a time of parties and cheer, but for some the accompanying drinking can be more of a problem than fun. Many think alcoholism is something that can be controlled with reasonable arguments and willpower; however, that`s often not the case. Alcohol changes the body`s chemistry. Long-term, abusive alcohol use creates a toxic liver, depletes nutrients, and stores poisons from the metabolism of alcohol in the body - and those stored poisons can cause cravings. This is the reason that alcohol detoxification centers are used; however, most detoxification centers use drugs to induce the detoxification process and to remove the stored poisons that cause cravings. However, as with most things that drugs attempt to do, natural methods are also available. Natural ways are often superior because they don`t introduce toxic chemicals into the body when the end goal is health.

Controversial as he may be, L. Ron Hubbard was actually at the forefront of natural drug and alcohol detoxification therapies. He understood that drug and alcohol cravings are often caused by remnants of those substances and their metabolic leftovers in the body. He also understood the inverse to be true. Namely, if one removes those remnants, the cravings would cease and the problem could easily be eliminated.

L. Ron Hubbard`s highly successful program relies on health building and detoxification techniques including: replenishing nutrients, consuming healthy foods, daily aerobic exercise, and the use of daily saunas.

Participants on his program run daily, then sit in a dry sauna for extended periods to sweat out stored toxins. Cold-pressed vegetable oils are drunk daily to help detoxify poisons, particularly drug residues, from the fat cells of the body - where they can be lodged even years after consumption.

Problem drinkers tend to get more of their calories from alcohol and fewer from food; the body requires numerous nutrients to break down alcohol, so nutrient deficiencies are common in those with drinking problems. Nutrient deficiencies may also contribute to the problem.

B vitamins are often depleted in those with drinking problems and replenishing them can help restore balance. Some alcoholics have even been found to spontaneously stop drinking after receiving large doses of vitamin B-3. B-vitamins are also some of our detoxification vitamins, so they`re important for any body to have in ample amounts. Calcium, magnesium, chromium, C, and E supplements are also helpful in restoring the body`s equilibrium. Maca root is a nutrient-dense super-food and it`s rich in B, C and E vitamins, calcium, magnesium, and chromium.

Whole foods, especially ample vegetables and greens, are an important part of any drug or alcohol detoxification program. Caffeine, sugars, processed foods, and drugs should be avoided.

A few lines later, it says, "From the land of Kittim it has been revealed to them."
Here, you just take out any three middle letters, and again, it's the name of the person bringing you this message, or the sacred secret of the prophecy. Actually, if you take those two passages, Kim is about the only name you can get from both of them.
In Numbers 1:1 – 1:18, it's talking about "the family" and mentions Pagiel. It also twice mentions February 1st, (Kim's birthday) and then says that the youngest is 20 years old. Kim's little sister Paige is currently 20 years old.
In Chronicles 1 11:20 it mentions the brother of Joab and then in the same sentence uses the word brandishing. Kim's middle name is Jo and her older sister's name is Brandi. There are other patterns to her sisters too but these sort of mention them by name.
Of course, it helps if you know that there is a magical spiritual reality available that comes deep cleansing and often major dietary upgrades. It's also why Jesus was teaching the same thing, if you find his teachings in the Essene Gospel of Peace. In this text, he even says things like, "You'll never see the father unless you clean your colon." But, this is paraphrased...
In the Bible Jesus says things more like, happy are those who wash their robes, as they can enter the tree of life. The tree of life is elsewhere explained as God's paradise. He also said, first clean the inside of the cup and then the outside will also be clean.
