Exceptionally rare to begin with, COVID jab deaths are rarely, if ever, labeled as such on official death certificates because most hospitals across the nation knew to systematically label them as something else so as to avoid laying blame on Big Pharma. Some slipped through, though, and those that did were altered by the CDC to erase all evidence of the shots being the culprit.
"In almost every death certificate that identifies a COVID vaccine as a cause of death, the CDC committed data fraud by not assigning the ICD 10 code for vaccine side effects to the causes of death listed on the death certificate," reported the Brownstone Institute.

Should the CDC be renamed the Centers for Data Concealment?
Official policy for death certificates requires the input of certain information, including causes of death or CoD. A CoD references any underlying medical conditions that are deemed to have played any kind of role in the demise of the decedent.
"To qualify as a CoD, a condition only needs to contribute to the medical decline of the decedent in some way, but doesn't have to be directly responsible for whatever ultimately killed the person," Brownstone explains.
"If someone had high blood pressure, and subsequently suffered a heart attack that led to cardiac arrest which killed them, all three conditions qualify as CoD. On the other hand, this unfortunate fellow's ingrown toenail is not a cause of death, because it in no way contributed to their demise."
The CDC has published a guide on how to fill out a CoD in accordance with the above criteria. It specifically instructs medical workers to fill out the text description portion while leaving the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) 10 code section empty for the CDC to fill in itself.
There are many different ICD 10 codes in the system that account for virtually every possible cause of death, including one called T88.1 that captures "Other complications following immunization, not elsewhere classified." This is one of two ICD 10 codes for COVID jab side effects, the other being Y59.0, which captures "Viral vaccines."
We know from the data sweep that the CDC, which Brownstone now refers to as the "Centers for Data Concealment," used its secret algorithm, as well as perhaps a tiny percentage of manual case inputs, to erase all such links to COVID jabs from Minnesota death certificates by changing codes T88.1 and Y59.0 to something else to deflect the cause of death onto something else.
There was at least one death certificate that the CDC had to leave alone because changing the code would have required "fundamentally rewriting the death certificate," which would have been too obvious.
Interestingly, many of the altered death certificates mention COVID vaccines in the text description sections, but the CDC avoided affixing a proper ICD 10 code to reflect it. The result is that COVID jabs continued to be pushed as "safe and effective" because nobody, supposedly, was dying from them.
"... the actions of the CDC call into question whether the CDC is altogether qualified or trustworthy enough to be the steward of the nation's epidemiological data," writes Brownstone's Aaron Hertzberg.
