FBI detains man caught dumping poison on food in the grocery store... Ironically most produce is already doused with an array of toxic chemicals

Poisoning food

(NaturalNews) Earlier this month, the FBI arrested a man for spraying mouse poison on food in multiple Michigan grocery stores, as reported by The Epoch Times. The man is now in custody, after admitting to spraying a dangerous mixture on open food bars at supermarkets – a mixture containing mouse poison, hand sanitizer and water.

On May 1st, the FBI released a statement requesting that the public provide assistance in finding the man, stating that he was "suspected of attempting to contaminate food products" in local stores. Michigan state officials believe that anyone who ate the food shouldn't be physically harmed, but recommend disposing of any food purchased from open food bars, such as salad bars, olive bars and ready-to-eat hot or cold bars.

Known locations are the Whole Foods, Meijer and Plum Market locations in Ann Arbor, and the contamination is thought to have occurred from the middle of March to the end of April. It is unclear what the man was trying to achieve by contaminating the food, but the FBI has explained that preliminary tests for harmful contaminates have come back negative.

If the FBI is so concerned about contaminated food, why are they not paying attention to the many toxic chemicals that are routinely applied to produce before it hits the shelves?

Produce already doused in chemicals

Many of the foods that line the grocery store aisles are already covered in toxic, dangerous chemicals that affect our health. The Federal Trade Commission reports that food and beverage companies spend some $1.8 billion every year to make children want to eat their products – most of which are fast food, carbonated drinks and breakfast cereals. In fact, breakfast cereal companies spend $264 million every year on marketing to children.

Many of the popular cereal brands are packed full of sugars and high-fructose corn syrup – which are both made from GMO-based products, according to Top 10 Grocery Secrets. GMOs have been linked to organ disruption in more than different 19 studies, as reported by Live in the Now. And it's not just cereals that are full of harmful compounds; many of our favorite fruits and vegetables are sprayed with toxic pesticides and herbicides just before harvest.

A former U.S. government scientist has spoken up about the dangers of GMOs, and Health Ranger Mike Adams has stated that, "Having now analyzed over 1,000 foods, superfoods, vitamins, junk foods and popular beverages for heavy metals and other substances at the Natural News Forensic Food Labs, I have arrived at a conclusion so alarming and urgent that it can only be stated bluntly. ... The battle for humanity is nearly lost. The food supply appears to be intentionally designed to end human life rather than nourish it."

Mike's lab has uncovered scientific proof that toxic substances are intentionally being formulated and added into food products – substances that will drive consumers who ingest them mentally insane, according to News Target. The toxic chemicals that many of our foods are exposed to are designed to cause widespread infertility, organ damage and cancer, and Americans simply cannot escape them. Going organic is one of the only ways to limit your exposure to these toxic, life threatening chemicals.
