(NaturalNews) Gluten is linked to Celiac [Coeliac] disease almost 100 percent of the time, but the fact is that Celiac disease is just one of hundreds of manifestations from gluten damage. There are over 300 disorders scientifically linked to gluten and clearly it is impossible to cover that list in one article, so let's focus on just two: bodybuilding and weight loss (including fat loss for definition).

You know those 300 disorders mentioned? Two of them are muscle atrophy (where your body starts eating away at your muscle) and accelerated deterioration of bone mass. ...kind of important elements when you want to build or maintain muscle and have the skeletal strength to lift weights in the first place.

A lot of people are "gluten concerned" but most people haven't so much as heard of the word "gluten" or wrongly think it's just a fad diet. They talk about training hard, harder than everyone else in the gym, eating well, drinking power shakes, yet they still can't put on the mass they want or they struggle with fat loss... and quite often gluten is causing the problem.

Does gluten play a role in this every time?

The answer is: not 100 percent of the time. But here's the question: why would you force your body to process something that is the world's hardest food to process (that includes meat). Today's wheat has 42 chromosomes and is impossible to process. Why wouldn't you give your body something it recognizes as food instead of a chemical invasion? Let your body absorb the real food's nutrients easily, and allow your body to use up that extra free time to do something else... like flush fat.

Trainers of the best athletes in the world work hard to figure out which foods they can process more easily with maximum nutrition. It is a "secret weapon" for them and the reason they get better results than the less informed.

Guess what? You don't need to be a competition bodybuilder to help your body run more efficiently. The same principles apply to anyone who is breathing now. You want maximum nutrition at minimum effort so that your body is free to do its normal functions plus have leftover energy to let you enjoy life.

Getting to that place where you are functioning so well that the body you want is super easy to get (imagine that) as well as no 3 p.m.-hit-the-wall moments, no difficulty getting out of bed in the morning, and being ready to go for a five mile walk after dinner instead of collapsing in a half-coma in front of the TV.... THAT'S what I am talking about. Let's refrain from discussing what it'll do for your sex life, but you do the math.

Don't take my word for it on the muscle or sex part - this isn't the only study with these findings: "reduced conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone caused by low levels of 5 alpha-reductase... ...impotence and loss of libido."

BOTTOM LINE: Stop fueling your Ferrari of a body with low grade fuel. ...while you're at it, get genetic testing for Celiac disease so you'll know if you are up against more than just over-processed food - statistics say one out of three have the genes for Celiac (despite the plethora of myths misinforming people that it affects only one percent of the population).
