We've already established that the LAPD is running wild across LA in a mad shooting frenzy, hoping to literally execute Chris Dorner. The LAPD's approach is "shoot first, identify the corpse later." This is now evident in the way they are shooting to kill the drivers of vehicles even before they identify the driver.
In the mean time, LAPD officers are wildly firing at surfers and people driving pickup trucks in the insane hope that the person they kill might turn out to be Chris Dorner. Personally, I have never seen a police action anywhere in America as dangerous as the LAPD is right now. These officers appear to have literally NO TRAINING in the restraint of their firearms. They are functioning as little more than an armed government gang of executioners who probably even hold their pistols sideways "gangsta style" when they pop a cap into some innocent victim.
