The only drawback with Bearded Bros bars is their limited shelf life. Because they are almost entirely raw and contain no synthetic chemical preservatives, they are probably only good for six months or so. This means they are not long-term storable food, unless you freeze them of course. (Which is actually a pretty good idea...) Personally, I would try to eat them in 90 days or less after receiving them.

You can't have "fresh" and "storable" at the same time, it seems. These Bearded Bros bars are very fresh and very nutritious, but not storable for any real length of time.
