(NaturalNews) The US Senate reconvenes and one of the first bills they will consider for legislation is S-510, the so-called food safety bill. In case you've missed it, this bill is bogus. It`s a catalyst for food fascism and the death knell for what`s left of food freedom.
Now is the time for direct action. This is not the time for those who know better to shrug collective shoulders and sigh, oh well! The future of healthy food access is under grave threat. Herbs and supplements could soon be endangered. Ergo, the future for a healthy human race is at risk.
What to Do NowDr. Nicholas Gonzalez, who is carrying on with Dr. William Donald Kelley`s method for curing cancer (see Natural News article "The Dentist Who Cured Cancer"), recently sent out an urgent email to his subscribers. This bill threatens your constituents` right to choose organic fresh foods from local farmers, thus threatening to destroy small farms while leaving the factory farm e-coli providers unfettered.
Urge them to at least support the Tester-Hagen amendment. Senators Jon Tester (D-Mont.) and Kay Hagan (D-N.C.) were concerned enough to propose the Tester-Hagan amendment to S. 510. Their amendment exempts certain small farms and food-processing businesses.
Without that, this bill only gives the FDA and USDA bigger bats to continue doing what they`re doing now: Bashing small organic farms and raw milk dairies while protecting Big Agriculture and Dairy. We may be forced to eat and drink only dead
food and poison soon if this bill goes through intact.
What to Do NextSomehow galvanize a large unified public relations body that includes all the factions of food and nutritional supplement concerns to constantly campaign with press releases. Yes, constant press releases to mainstream media and press. Go beyond the internet and give the press and TV news room people stuff to print or present as news continually, just the way Big Pharma does.
Lobbying at state and federal congressional levels while supporting politicians and officials'
health freedom friendly is another step. This is not being done enough by supplement industry and organic food organizations.

Both Smith and Jon Rappaport speak of getting to tipping points. Those are the points where corporations are losing enough money to back off, and politicians realize it`s political suicide to side up with industry lobbyists only.
We must get to those tipping points soon, or we will enter the darkest of nutritional dark ages.
