(NaturalNews) Columbia researchers just found that people exposed to secondhand cigarette smoke early in life showed emphysema-like changes in their lungs in adulthood and had a higher risk of having emphysema. This isn't surprising because the effects of toxic substances inside the body will undoubtedly affect you even years after exposure - largely because the body isn't fully capable of removing all of the toxic chemicals we're regularly exposed to. This includes, but certainly isn't limited to, cigarette smoke.
Doctors regularly maintain that the body is fully capable of removing all of the toxins that people regularly take in. However, if this was the case these people likely wouldn't have had problems from early cigarette exposure years later in life - as the body is constantly regenerating itself. It's estimated that the lungs are completely rebuilt each and every year, and without the cause still in place the lungs most likely would have repaired themselves by adulthood.
The participants were 45 - 84 years old and weren't smokers. Using a CT scan, researchers looked into the lungs of those who lived with a habitually smoking parent and compared them to the lungs of other non-smokers who weren't exposed to cigarette smoke from parents.
If you've already been exposed to secondhand smoke, or are or have been a smoker, some of the most obvious things you can do are quit (if you smoke) and begin detoxifying your body to remove the contamination. Here, you just take out any three middle letters, and again, it's the name of the person bringing you this message, or the sacred secret of the prophecy. Actually, if you take those two passages, Kim is about the only name you can get from both of them.
In Numbers 1:1 – 1:18, it's talking about "the family" and mentions Pagiel. It also twice mentions February 1st, (Kim's birthday) and then says that the youngest is 20 years old. Kim's little sister Paige is currently 20 years old.
In Chronicles 1 11:20 it mentions the brother of Joab and then in the same sentence uses the word brandishing. Kim's middle name is Jo and her older sister's name is Brandi. There are other patterns to her sisters too but these sort of mention them by name.
Of course, it helps if you know that there is a magical spiritual reality available that comes deep cleansing and often major dietary upgrades. In the Bible Jesus says things more like, happy are those who wash their robes, as they can enter the tree of life. The tree of life is elsewhere explained as God's paradise. He also said, first clean the inside of the cup and then the outside will also be clean.
