(NewsTarget) This interview is an excerpt from Kevin Gianni's Renegade Roundtable, which can be found at http://www.RenegadeRoundtable.com. In this excerpt, Daniel Vitalis shares on the basics of elixirs and water 101 .

Renegade Roundtable with Daniel Vitalis. Daniel Vitalis has built a wealth of knowledge experience around water and elixirs and has created the Elixir Craft Mastery Program.

Kevin: For people who may not know who you are, let's give a little bit of background about who you are and how you got into this.

Daniel: I'm Daniel Vitalis and for the last year or two I've been bringing a message to the Raw Food Community, the Superfood Community and to the Alternative Nutrition Community more and more. I've spent about 15 years in this field, most of that time I spent traveling around, in the circuit, observing what was going on and kind of keeping my mouth shut and just watching and trying to understand the big picture. It was important to me when I came to the forefront that I brought a powerful message that
would be timeless. I didn't want to step into any of the little debates that were going on in the Raw Food Community. Like any community, that happens. It tends to become bipartisan and people have disagreements.

I wanted to dig deeper into the elemental. So the message that chose me was the message of water. Through that I came to understand the ideas of liquid nutrition.

Kevin: Great. I think we should probably just get into, very quickly, what elixirs are. Some people are not really sure what elixirs mean? What do they mean to you?

Daniel: That's great that you say that because it kind of does mean different things to different people. Sometimes you go to a pharmacy and they have lotions called elixirs. An elixir is usually a liquid delivery system for medicine and usually that is sweetened or flavored in some way to make the medicine really palatable. For me what elixirs are is a combination of nutrition and medicine in a liquid form or liquid vehicle. That's really upload-able. If we saw our bodies like a computer and the elixir is information, the liquid format is very upload-able compared to say a solid format which requires more digestion and is slower. So the elixir is a very upload-able format for medicine.

But interestingly, when we look at elixirs through history we see other meanings too and I like to allude to those. Those are the idea of a substance that can create longevity, even immortality, even convert base substances into higher forms of the substance. So for the European alchemists it meant that the substance that could convert lead into gold or had the Midas' touch, whatever it came into contact with would be perfected.

So the idea of an elixir is, for me, liquid medicine, but it's also like a quest. Always looking for the most perfect medicine that's going to convert me into the higher form of what's possible for me, that always elevates me medicinally or nutritionally or pharmacologically to the next level of what I'm capable of being.

Kevin: Right. Let me just ask you this and then we'll get into some of the questions. What are we capable of being?

Daniel: Tonight I'm at martial arts class and the martial art that I study has a 900-year lineage. Some of the feats that were attributed to the people in that lineage are what we would now consider to be fiction. We might consider it to be fantasy or comic book-style physical feats, which I think are quite possible, but we spend a lot of time in reductionism, trying to find the lowest common denominator. So we've reduced ourselves and what's possible. We don't know what we're capable of. We know we've got a lot of DNA that's not turned on.

So what the elixir quest is about is you're trying to activate those dormant parts of ourselves so that we can access things like telekinesis, like telepathy, like teleportation - the things that all of our ancestors say were possible. We can say those people are crazy but we can also see that they built cities that we're incapable of even conceiving today.

So those crazy people who believed in that kind of magic did things that we can't even understand or replicate. Therefore that might add some validity to some of the things that they claim were possible.

Kevin: Wow. That's pretty intense. [Laughter] It's one of those things that when you get into it there may not be an end to what you can possibly imagine.

Daniel: And you would hope not, right? If there was, that would get boring. If it ended, that would be really boring. So the idea of finding a substance that can give you longevity or immortality, whether that immortality is metaphorical or not, why would you want to do that? Because the longer you can stay in your physical form, the longer you can perfect yourself so that when your spirit does transition to the next realm, you've achieved as much as possible in this realm. Why else would you create longevity? How wonderful that there is a quest that doesn't have an end to it? It's a never-ending story.

Kevin: And imagine creating as much as you possibly can for yourself in a given lifetime. Isn't that what we're here for? What do you think?

Daniel: I think so.

Kevin: That was a really intense way to begin this call. A lot of people want to know about water and I don't know if it's as intense as that, maybe it is. This will probably address a lot of people's questions. The question is, what's the best type of water? Maybe you can take us through a few of the things that you've studied over time about water, some of water's properties and how you can get better water.

Daniel: Okay. Let's back it up a little bit here. That question is a little bit loaded. What's the best water? The first thing I want to say is all I can give you is my opinion. My opinion does come from spending a lot of time in the elemental realm of water. What I haven't done is spent a lot of time at water treatment facilities or studying different filtration methods. In fact, I don't care about those things. There are plenty of people studying that. I've spent a lot of time at springs. I've spent a lot of time at sacred, holy springs. Kevin, we went to one together, a very sacred spring. I've spent a lot of time with the elemental form of water and meditating on that form of water.

Before we can say what is the best water what you have to understand is what is water. It's not just H2O. It's an information carrier. Water is the information matrices of life. It is the great repligram that carries all the information, what the Indian people call the akasha, the storage place of all information. Water is essential the great hard drive.

Water as a molecule doesn't like to be separated into hydrogen and oxygen. It wants to stay water. The water molecules that are on the planet today have been here for a very long time, which means the water that's in your body has been in the bodies of millions and billions of other organisms. It's been through the hierological cycle many times. The water in your body has been over the falls at Niagara. It's been in the Pacific Ocean. It's been in the Atlantic Ocean. It's been in the clouds. It's been deep in the earth. The water in your body has been all over the globe through space time.

And it retains information. Poor information has been programmed into that water and that water doesn't go through a healing and a cleansing and a reformatting, if you will, just like if you had core information, like maybe a virus on a computer; you want to dump the information and reformat it. Then you could put good information on it.

Water is like that. If the water you're drinking has poor information -- I'm going to give you some examples. Say that that water has been treated with chemicals like chlorine or fluoride, like in our municipal tap water systems. If it carries that information it's going to transmit that information to you at the cellular level and at the sub-cellular level. If water has been in contact with a lot of plastic, if water's been stagnant, if it's been sitting in pipes, if it's been exposed to too much light or heat, it carries with it poor information. If it's been in toxic bodies, if it's been pushed through a chemical plant, it carries toxic information.

Now some of that information is going to be at the gross level, we call that chemicals. Some of that information is at the subtle level, like the homeopathic level. Either way it's going to carry that information. If you put that into your body and build yourself out of that, you resonate that poor information.

So the best water is water that's been through a reformatting and essentially through the biological system of the earth itself. If we can see the earth as a giant living organism and if we know the basic fact that the largest movement of any chemical substance on the earth is the hydrological cycle, what we could see is that the earth is essentially a gigantic living water filter.

If the water has gone through that filtration system, and the little spigot where the water comes out of that filtration system is springs... In other words, if you had a water filter you'd have the inlet where the water goes in and then you'd have the place where it came out clean. The place where the water comes out clean through the giant, living, water filter of the earth is at springs. My opinion is that the best water, the most highly- informed, organized, clean, healing water is the water that comes out of springs. The further it gets away from those springs the more contaminated it gets, not because the earth would actually contaminate water but because we've polluted the surface of earth and the atmosphere of the earth so much that once it comes out the clean end it tends to get dirty very quickly. So it's my opinion that if you want good water you've got to go to the source and that's springs.
