The leaders of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine say new USDA diet suggestions are terribly inadequate. In fact, the doctors say, the new guidelines will probably only lead to more obesity, heart disease and cancer. The group says problems with the guidelines stem from the food industry's excessive influence on government policy.
