A psychiatrist testifying in a murder trial in South Carolina testified that the anti-depressant Zoloft was the causal factor behind a 12-year old boy who killed his grandparents with a shotgun and burned down their house. The defense has argued that the boy did not know right from wrong at the time of his actions.
