California mandatory vaccination bill allows courts to order forced injection of neurotoxins into developing children

by Ethan A. Huff, staff writer

(NaturalNews) Parents of school-aged children in California are facing another hurdle to education as public school systems throughout the Golden State attempt to force students with preexisting personal beliefs or philosophical vaccine exemptions to be vaccinated outside the provisions set forth in Senate Bill 277, which eliminates these exemption options beginning next school year, 2016-2017.

Reports indicate that some public school systems, including the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), are already throwing some students out of class for not having been injected with neurotoxin-laden jabs like MMR (measles, mumps and rubella), even though no student with a religious or medical exemption is required to be vaccinated until after SB 277 comes into effect on July 1, 2016.

Confusion is already running rampant as school districts, daycare facilities and other educational facilities prematurely bar students from attending classes based on a misunderstanding of what SB 277 entails. Thanks to the poor leadership of the California Superintendent of Public Instruction, Tom Torlakson, who failed to instruct schools on how to handle SB 277's implementation, school districts across the state are breaking the law by interfering with their students' ability to obtain a public education.

California targeting special needs students with proposed court-ordered forced vaccination

The situation is even more dire for special needs students, who are soon to become the latest victims of a vaccination policy gone awry. The Orange County Department of Education Legal Division (OCDELD) in Southern California recently sent out a briefing notifying districts that they have the power to force vaccinations on special needs students through a court order.

The marching orders read like this:

"Our office interprets this provision as meaning that special education students must be enrolled even if they are not vaccinated, but that special education students are still required to be vaccinated and the parents of the special education students need to comply with the provisions of Senate Bill 277. The language of Senate Bill 277 does not specify any penalties or remedies if parents refuse to vaccinate their children. However, school districts may, if necessary, after advising parents in writing of the legal requirements of Senate Bill 277, contact the Orange County Health Care Agency for assistance or seek a court order ordering parents to vaccinate their children."

In other words, if parents refuse to vaccinate their special needs students, OCDELD is being told to petition the court system for permission to forcibly vaccinate these vulnerable individuals in violation of California's "Rehabilitation Act of 1973," which provides that unvaccinated special needs students have a legal right to "free and appropriate public education."

Californians: If you don't vaccinate your children, your school district could call CPS on you

Individuals with special needs, it turns out, have the highest risk of suffering adverse effects from vaccines. And of course, the parents of these individuals know far better than the state and corrupt folks like Senator Richard Pan, the author and ringleader of the SB 277 scam, which medical interventions are best for their children (and when vaccines like MMR might be a threat to their health!).

But the State of California is presumably going to start forcing vaccines on special needs students anyway under threat of medical neglect if parents refuse to abide by the mandates of SB 277. Despite ongoing efforts to overturn SB 277 through a referendum, the nefarious individuals behind SB 277 are proceeding to use school districts as medical police to coerce parents into vaccinating their children.

Your help is needed to overturn SB 277. Check out the SB 277 Referendum initiative to help get the personal belief vaccine exemption back on the books through a voter-approved referendum by clicking on this link.
