Amazon.com gives preference to Adolf Hitler while memory-holing General Lee

by J. D. Heyes

(NaturalNews) In a stunning decision of bowing down to political correctness, giant online retailer Amazon has decided to ditch sales of all Confederate-themed merchandise, but will continue to sell paraphernalia pertaining to Nazi Germany and its crazed leader, Adolf Hitler.

Claiming that the company does not approve of the historical racism linked to the rebel battle flag, the retail giant obviously has no problem with celebrating a man and a government that murdered 11 million people mostly because of their ethnicity.

As reported by Breitbart News, Amazon shoppers can buy this Nazi SS flag, which represents Hitler's Schutzstaffel – troops who helped carry out Germany's annihilation of 6 million Jews during the Holocaust.

Hypocritical Amazon.com decision goes largely unnoticed

But, as Natural News readers can see from the photos below, there are a great many additional items related to the murderous Nazi regime that Amazon shoppers can access:

But no more will anyone be able to purchase Confederate-themed merchandise because, you know, that's racist.

Does that mean Amazon, et al, will next be looking to memory-hole the Confederacy's only president? That would be a resounding yes.

Matt Bevin, the current GOP frontrunner for Kentucky governor, is among a new chorus of public figures and lawmakers who have allowed the PC speech police to win the day, no matter the cost to the Constitution's First Amendment.

"I applaud [GOP South Carolina] Governor [Nikki] Haley's decision to call for the removal of the Confederate Flag from Capitol grounds in South Carolina, and I think it would be equally appropriate for Kentucky to remove the Jefferson Davis statue from our capitol," Bevin said in a statement. "It is important never to forget our history, but parts of our history are more appropriately displayed in museums, not on government property."

Arizona state Rep. Reginald Bolding, an African American Democrat, issued a similar call for the removal of a small plaque memorializing Jefferson Davis on U.S. 60 southeast of Apache Junction.

"In light of everything that has happened... we can't go through our daily lives honoring symbols of hate, symbols of separation and symbols of segregation right now," he said, echoing similar sentiment by other supporters who are echoing a narrative that, because a single, young, drug-influenced white man gunned down nine black worshippers in a Charleston church recently, everything tied to the Confederacy must be eliminated from public view.

All while ignoring other glaring hypocrisies, such as Amazon's decision to continue selling hate in the form of Nazi symbols and memorabilia.

The call to ban all things Confederate itself has historical roots – in Nazi Germany, of all places, where book burnings and other forms of limiting speech and expression, as well as memory-holing historical events, took place.

Nothing anti-PC allowed in fascist America

That irony was not lost on Natural News editor Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, who wrote recently:

America's descent into a totalitarian regime of hysterical thought police is nearly complete. In just the last 72 hours, total P.C. insanity has swept the nation and all its big retailers as howling leftist maniacs have used the label "tolerance" to initiate what can only be called a modern-day book burning and Orwellian censorship of artistic expression....

He noted several examples, such as that of a leftist movie critic calling for banning the classic 1939 film Gone with the Wind, because it allegedly incites racism; the Apple corporation banning Civil War-themed video games; and the banning or redesign of all books that have the Confederate battle flag on their covers.

"So now, in the new P.C. America run by the ravenous thought police, you can't even write about American history if you show the flag! And so the memory-holing begins... the only flag that will soon be 'legal' to display in America will, of course, be the gay pride flag," Adams wrote.

This insane culture of intolerant "tolerance" inspired the following CounterThink poster, which readers are urged to share widely:
