Women's Clinic in Selma, AL, is an 'abortion mill' committing genocide of black babies, investigators claim

by PF Louis

(NaturalNews) The Central Alabama Women's Clinic, a privately owned clinic, has been exposed by pro-life undercover agents as an abortion mill. In question is how this clinic is avoiding government supervision and scrutiny that limits private clinics from performing more than nine abortions per month.

The Central Alabama Women's Clinic in Selma, Alabama, is not a state-licensed abortion clinic, so state law requires that it can provide no more than nine abortions a month. But pro-life undercover agents had made over nine appointments in one month, causing them to urge the Alabama Department of Public Health to investigate.

Troy Newman, president of Operation Rescue, and staff member Cheryl Sullenger claimed they have recordings of phone calls which indicate that Dr. Samuel Lett's clinic provides abortions beyond those allowed by Alabama statutes for private clinics or doctors' offices.

Sullenger and other staffers were told that prices for abortions under 12 weeks would cost $550, but "after 12 weeks it goes up." This is further proof of their illegal operation, according to Newman: "A doctor's office doesn't just have pricing sitting there. This is a wholesale abortion clinic."

Sullenger explained a private clinic's motive for not registering as a licensed abortion clinic: "If something like this is illegally operating as an abortion clinic, there is no oversight. There is no accountability." She added that illegal abortion clinics "put women in danger."

Newman is concerned: "The scandal here is that the Alabama Department of Public Health is not showing any movement with its investigation. They were sent the evidence many months ago. However, like so many bureaucrats, they don't seem to want to do anything."

Over the decades since the legalization of abortions, stricter rules and monitoring of licensed abortion clinics have been passed. That hasn't stopped some surgeons from creating lucrative, untraceable cash businesses without medical records, thus allowing them to operate under terrible, filthy conditions with under-trained staff.

The controversial Philadelphia abortion mill horror

Perhaps the most gruesome story of such an illegally run abortion business involved one run by Dr. Kermit Gosnell in Philadelphia's west side. The controversy focused on the lack of mainstream media (MSM) interest in his trial until irate tweets flooded media sources. MSM seemed to be preoccupied more by "right to choose" issues.

Gosnell had unqualified staff performing late-term abortions that even exceeded the legal 24-week post-fertilization period. Many of his workers testified that several live babies were killed by "snipping," a procedure that involves severing the crying babies' spines.

One "client" deposited her child in a toilet after being given drugs to induce rapid early labor. The child was alive but quickly retrieved and snipped. The clinic itself was finally raided, and officials were horrified by the filth in its quarters. Blood, feces and body parts were all over the place.

Gosnell and crew were convicted of different counts of murder depending on witness testimonies and actual forensic evidence. The doctor received life imprisonment without parole.

Gosnell is 74 years old, and he has a rather lengthy track record of medical complaints and lawsuits against him, including current federal prosecution for prescription drug trafficking of opioid painkillers. But Kermit's wife will still enjoy his rental real estate holdings and vacation home.

Even late-term abortions that don't exhibit such horrors are questionable. Many medical experts consider a fetus to have full pain sensory potential 20 weeks after fertilization. Amniotic fluid-filled lungs keep the unborn child's agonized screams from being heard.

That's why a recent bill was proposed in by Congress to reduce the 24-week term maximum limit for abortions to 20 weeks. The bill was dropped when Obama threatened to veto it and there weren't enough votes to overturn it.

Late-term abortions and illegal abortion clinics are beyond "pro-life vs. women's right to choose." They cross the line into infanticide, an activity that is entertained seriously by some academics and eugenicists.
