Is your HPV-unvaccinated teen 'unacceptable'? The CDC thinks so

(NaturalNews) The Centers for Disease Control says that the low use of the teen HPV vaccine is "unacceptable." Interestingly, supporters of the Affordable Care Act bill frequently spoke of how unacceptable the "low" rate of health insurance coverage was.
Therefore, eyebrows raise when the term "unacceptably low" is used by the government to describe vaccine usage. Health freedom advocates have warned that mandated care would lead to mandatory treatments, the ultimate betrayal of the individual.
Currently, doctors who don't believe that the HPV vaccine is best for their patients are being condemned. As paraphrased by Tech Times, the CDC asserts that the "blame may lie partly with doctors." Is pressuring doctors to use the HPV vaccine a step toward compelling doctors to issue medications against individuals' will?
Does CDC's tone of writing invite an intelligent discussion?
Do phrases such as "unacceptable" and "blame for this" sound like terms of independent thinking, healthy debate and the freedom to come to one's own conclusions?
One research topic would ask, is the prevalence of human papillomavirus and cervical cancer already being well reduced by the Pap test and lowered smoking rates?
Cervical cancer has already dropped by at least 70% between 1955 and 1992, due to the combination of the Pap test and reductions in smoking, according to the American Cancer Society.
Furthermore, whereas the CDC painted all side effects from the HPV vaccine as insignificant, according to the National Health Service in the UK, 1 in 10 recipients experience headaches. The Medical Vaccine Council published research showing that brain inflammation is a common and lasting, yet hard to detect, effect of vaccination.
Increased prescription has always been a sought-after effect of increased enrollment
Will gullible people read the "unacceptably low" statement with ho-hum indifference, believe that
the lack of injections into teens is "unacceptable" and line up to comply with further steps?
In addition, why is "blame" for this "unacceptable" rate falling on the professionals who have direct relationships with patients?
Dr. Anne Schuchat, assistant surgeon general and director of CDC's National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, clarified:
"We have very good coverage with the other vaccines and not all states require all of the vaccines, so the key, we think, is if they are in the doctor's office for something else and they have a chance to get vaccinated. ... When a teen is in a doctor's office and receives another vaccine and not HPV, that's a missed opportunity."
The CDC is explicitly calling for people to be up-sold. Up-selling is a common experience in e-commerce shopping. Only now, it's what we can expect from our "new and improved" healthcare system. The major difference is, when you get up-sold during the trip to the doctor, the price of the up-sell is covered by insurance!
Yes, the same insurance giants and pharmaceutical giants which lobbied for the ACA pay each other and were married by the officiant-for-hire, the US Government. Let the spouses join their two names into one, and call the smirking couple the Insuraceuticals.
The Insuraceuticals apply nationwide PR pressure against hold-out doctors, and financially arm-twist when necessary behind the scenes, to further devolve mandated coverage into mandated medication.
However, people are waking up.
Vaccinating teens' view of government
To a teen who doesn't remember when law-abiding citizens were freer to lead their lives, it might be downright intimidating when an arm of the federal government tells you what is "unacceptable."
Is it a coincidence, then, that a strangely accusatory statement that was released, blaming doctors for "unacceptably low" rates of vaccination, relates to a product for teens?
Might the reason be an attempt to institute intimidation as the new "normal," starting with teens? The increased and mandatory enrollment would then, in fact, lead to increased and mandatory medication.
What can be worked toward is a natural system based on real ancient-food nutrition and natural health-prolonging modalities, alongside honor and lawfulness in administration, to replace this ACA regime.
